Unable to add monthly chit scheme. Even GRT staff also unable to help on adding this chit. No proper help options available in the app. Also, chit registration link is very very lengthy, will take a decade to fill the minimum mandatory fields on the chit registration form.

The app performance is worst.Especially payment related issues..I have paid my scheme amount,amount got debited and transaction shown sucessful in the app but no update in the app regarding the transaction and payment and due was still showing.it's been two days nthng updated in the app.worst app maintainence by grt.no proper response and they jus simply ask customer to wait for three day or a week to update and make customer tensed all the time.please try to solve customer transaction issues.

Doesn't login even after resetting password, which works on web, but not on the app. Asks to updateeach time, but is already updated when redirected to the app store. Addition It worked after I remove and reinstall the app. Now it is pretty much the se experience as before.
