Great app overall. The only issue is that sometimes you have to wait long for food and when you want to cancel you have to call. Then you rate gets down for not completing trips and it's not your fault restaurant is taking more than 20 minutes to finish an order. Also I don't like the fact that we have to allow location at all times for the app to work. It should be allowed only while is in use. Remember privacy is first!

The notification and with the cowbell is super annoying and even if you try to change it. It'll do the notification you select first, then still do the cowbell. It doesn't let you turn it down, I was in Kohl's in line one day and the loud cowbell kept ringing so I put it on silent mode and it rang anyway. Also when you get an order, there is no way to zoom in on the map to see exactly where it's going, It is zoomed out pretty far so it's hard to tell what area you're actually going to.

Too many bugs. App doesn't load fast. Everytime I minimize the app, takes 3-4 secs to open. Sometimes doesn't even open well and will be stuck on dark screen. Sometimes, we cannot change status of orders. Also improve your customer service number for drivers, we cannot spend 1-2 mins of the call to Press 1-2-4 or any number while driving. Just give us a number to directly reach out to driver support. Using S21 Ultra.

I love driving with Grubhub, however this driver's app needs significant improvement. The notifications are barely noticeable and there doesn't seem to be much of a way to edit that. To simply view an offer you have to touch the screen which is unsafe while driving and could cause an accident. The process of continually logging your progress mid- order is tedious as well. I feel like the more time I spend looking at the app the less aware I am of my surroundings which is annoying and dangerous

Can't get past verify phone number. It says phone number successfully added, I push continue and it takes me back to sign in page and around and around we go. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Too bad? Maybe not after reading reviews, I'll give my superior delivery and courier services (and my valuable time) to companies that at least give their drivers decent apps and customer service! Hey Grubhub, you're our customer, not the other way around! Work harder!

While in a delivery I get another offer I can't see, because I'm in process of delivering. I literally pulled over last night and exited the map, looked at and accepted offer, then could not complete my delivery thru app..had to call support to complete the delivery because app wo not go back and let me finish it. I emailed support to ask about allowing GH app to write over other apps so this isn't an issue. They said to go to settings and make sure this and that was allowed. All are. No fix.

The App started out fine, the only problem had was not having In-app Navigation. It would be great to not have to leave tge app when I need destination directions. Today was horrible! I could not Login at all. I kept getting a message (Error A- 1006), telling me to check my connection. I missed my schelduled block completely.

Update: this app does not prevent the phone to sleep, if no order comes thru, it let the phone to be of, it does the same for restaurants tablets, so a lot of times tablets goes off and restaurants are unaware there is an this translates into longer waiting times,Restaurants keep complaining i arrive to early and ot seems true, we drivers should be sent to the restaurant closer to pick up time, allowing rrstaurants to have food ready and not waiting so much time waiting for the order to be made

You can make decent money, but there's a few issues 1. Add-on orders can be up to 15min from your first delivery spot. Hurts profits with gas prices in some areas. Probably to get you to keep using their app instead of switching between driver apps. 2. Scheduling. Not entirely sure about the purpose. Probably same thing as above. They don't want you to double up driver apps. 3. The interface of the app itself isn't super sleek, just a bit clunky can other driver apps.

I'm trying to set up an account and can't get passed the ID scanning stage because it instantly crashes once it gives the success animation, and when I re-open it I'm returned to the start of the ID scanning step. Really frustrating and I can't seem to find anyone else having the same problem or what to do about it.
