Application still freezing... Once u press confirm button for paying amount, it just remains freezed there for hours... And this is still happening... Not able to do booking even now.... Such a problematic issue during Diwali time when booking needs to be done urgently.... Please check and sort

combo offer going on, (ticket doesn't get booked + money gets deducted). better to use gsrtc.in website instead.

After confirming basic fare, reservation fee, discount etc. I click on make payment. The next page is opened which shows make payment, GSRTC OB number, after noting the OB number I click on continue for making payment. App displays continuous processing but tickets are not booked. Kindly do the needful in the matter so that advance booking can be done.

Very very very worst experience.. I have booked my tickets through this app and also my payment is done. But I haven't received any mail or SMS. And also booking is not shown in application. Request to everybody... Plz don't book your tickets via this app... It's really cheap and worst application . I have no option to give zero star....

It is hard to find the bus route stations. If it shows all bus stations covered in selected trip then it will be very helpful. Because cities like ahmedabad many busstands available. i.e.After selecting from jamnagar to geetamadir if it shows bus route in city then it will be very helpful.

Worst app, there are so many problems with this app, not showing all buses, inspite of internet connection loading showing for long time, payment failed repeatedly while booking, on browser from mobile it doesn't show month change option remain hidden, not working on slow internet connection please update in Lite version and solve this much problems,

There's a some issue while Booking tickets using this app. Whenever i try to book more than 1 ticket if i write name for 1st person same name will be written for other persohs ticket. And after that if i try to book ticket screen got freezed and take me to home page. If i try to book same seat for same bus it shows it is already booked. I have to wait for sometime than the seat got vacant. Which is quite frustrating.

App is super nice but 1 problem, when we select the seat, its directly send us to the next page, but it should let us confirm that we really want this seat, bcz when we come back to select that seat, it will not let you select that mis-touched seat which is really annoying but this can be solved by putting confirmation dialogue before send user to the new screen. Please consider this and let us provide new update so that i can change my star rating to 5. Apart from above issue, The app nice.

app is far away from satisfactory, if we forget excellent. It doesn't give option to chose via station This app also blind to show passenger chosen boarding point and destination . Instead it shows bus origin and destinations. This app routes are incomplete and randomly selected. Look at each bus having same origin destination and route but the stations shown are randomly picked for each bus. Even bus board with limited space, is better descriptive than this app

I am exclaimed that, This ticket booking app is not Booking tickets!!!! App continue to Loading for infinity after seat selection & the seats which is selcted ,but not booked due to app crash...is not updated i.e. showing as booked.
