Worst experience. I have cancelled the appointmenton 17 September and they told me the refund will be done in 3 to 7 days. I waited for those days n still i dint get the refund and after 7 days i call them again and they again ask me to wait till 29 September and again i waited but today is 30 September n i dint get the refund back. Does they really need my money?? I mean what kind of pathetic team is this .....?

The doctor rescheduled the appointment for next day so I cancelled the appointment as I needed urgent consultation for my child.Still they imposed 10% penalty for no fault of mine.Spoke in customer care but no resolution.Very bad experience with them.

It is surely beneficial for this pandemic time but is it okay to charge 1000 Rs for just 2-3 min of talk specially when i am a regular patient who needs to connect everymonth with the doctor. I don't think it is fair to charge Rs. 1000 on a 2-3 min of video consultation. I am very upset from this gesture, I am facing some financial crisis this time and when I am helpless and need medical assistant then I have to give rs. 1000. I need an explanation for this.

Downloaded this app to get a second opinion from a pulmonologist for a covid patient. Neat, easy to use app, booked and completed an appointment within 2 hours. Doctor Vipul Kalley spent 20-30 mins on a video call, diagnosed and shared the steps to be followed in detail. Great end to end experience. Loved the waiting room feature.

App is not optimised for low internet bandwidth. It is consuming too much internet bandwidth. Never had video consultation over this platform. Platform need lot of improvement.

It was pethatic experiance, site were unable to conncet us with doctor ,we tried for almost 2 hour, nothing has happen, call customer care they mentioned they will connect us back with doctor but nothing has happen, Doctor fee was taken a day before in advance but even after nothing happened they didn't even bother to call us back or returned the money its alomost 48 hr from now. Worst experiance in online app.
