Update 9/25/19: I logged out and back in. I am able to see my list on the App again! Original 9/7/19: Love the App and ability to look up prices on items. But for some reason the app is not saving my list. I add something, it shows up on my list, but it disappears when I go to add the next item. Not sure if it is a bug or my phone that won't let it build the list. I would like to save it and build my list through the week so once I'm at the store I have a quick reference to purchase what I need.

i have used this app for years and is been great. lately, it has been giving me a lot of problems. i just talked to customer service and they were super polite and helpful. Update: now, every time i try to use the app, i have to keep re-logging in. Many times there are problems when i buy multiple items and have to use digital & paper coupons. I would love if we could remove a coupon at any time. Once you add one, it's there for life if it renews the expiration date on its own.

Updated to add: I still have to log in every time I want to use this app. I used to stay signed in. It seems like every other update constantly kicks you out and it's very frustrating. I used to love this app. this app was convenient and very informative. since the last update I have to log in repeatedly even whilst using the app. i did notice that before it would occasionally not use the coupons I clipped but it never made too big a difference.

This app is unnecessary and a waste of time. It is slow and inconsistent, which is a bummer, seeing as how the app is supposed to provide convenience. The only good thing about it is you can search, clip, and save coupons, but good luck getting your saved coupons to load! I saved a recipe, but, again, it takes forever to load. Also, the recipe is incomplete (See TX Chili recipe!) There is a main ingredient that never gets mentioned in the recipe. I can't believe heb is behind this!

I really want to love this app. I was very disappointed when my shopping lists disappeared and new ones wouldn't save. I un-installed and reinstalled it and they're all back, even the new ones. I really wish I could use this app to get curb-side service or delivery without having to create an entirely new list on a different app or website. I also would like it if all, or none, of the yellow coupons would be on the coupon list. Having 'some' of them there makes couponing more difficult.

I don't find this app useful for creating a shopping list, but it is helpful for finding the location of items in the store. It could be SO MUCH BETTER if the curbside pickup website functions could be connected to the app. I make and print all my grocery lists in curbside pickup because it's easier to find items, budget as you go, and the shopping cart list is divided by category. It would also allow you to make a shopping list before you decide wether to go in store or order curbside.

The old app worked very well because it sorted the items on my list to make grocery trips very fast and efficient. The current layout of the list feature has me scrolling up and down to make sure I don't miss anything, and the items are not in order to make trips efficient like it used to. It does show aisle numbers which is helpful, but the old list layout was perfect. Not sure what was wrong with it for them to change it.

Two things would make this app nearly perfect. First, make my shopping lists searchable so that I do not have to scroll through the 100 items I've saved in order to uncheck the one I need thus moving it to the top for purchase. Currently, searching brings up every item in the store even remotely related to the search term. Second, automatically add coupons to the items on my list so I can see which items are on sale when I'm preparing my list for the week.

Completely disconnected and aggravating. I love HEB, and buy most of my groceries there. HOWEVER, trying to make a list of items to purchase... well I JUST GIVE UP!!!!!!! There is a complete disconnect between ad items, coupons, shopping lists, prices, etc...and God forbid you want to connect these to the curb side pick up. I worked for hours to make a list of items to purchase for someone who lives out of town, to pick up. There is just no putting the pieces together. Ugh.

Tried it for the 1st time to compare with Walmart. The app kept dropping items from my order while I was shopping. I had to go back and put stuff back on the order. I paid and liked the price difference, but hated the "personal shopper" fee. Then after I got my order home, I discovered there were items missing. There's no customer service number on the app to report problems so I guess I am screwed out of that money. Walmart is reliable, free, and convenient. Never any problems!
