Wherever you are, every step you take becomes valuable with Help Steps. All you have to do is convert the steps you take into HS every day by watching a short ad. You can support NGOs, individual beneficiaries and sports clubs with your steps! NGOs and Sport Clubs: The number of NGOs and sport clubs in Help Steps is increasing! NGOs and sport clubs have step goals, when when this goal is completed with the steps sent by users, the value of the steps sent during the completed target period is calculated and transferred to the NGO/sports club as money. Individual Beneficiaries: Common sense campaigns in Help Steps include an individual beneficiary campaign. These individual beneficiaries are people who cannot walk due to their illness and need a wheel chair or special needs strollers. The cost of the device they need is calculated as HS and the step target is created. When the target is completed with the steps sent by the users, the device is delivered to the beneficiary. App is not being connected with my google account which i use with google fit app in order to see my steps and convert them. Just a white blinking screen with no success at all. Waste of time indeed

I loved at the beginning the use this app but I have changed my phone not number and tried to open app. It does not allow me to open and says this phone number is been using. I emailed the email address that pops up but no reply. If you are NOT going to change your phone use this app, if you will then everything will be wasted.

Can't convert my steps because the ads are not playing. I thought it was a small technical problem and will be solved soon, but nope, it's just not working. It was a good app before it stopped working though.

The app has a really nice initiative but it's so hard to use. It sometimes does not open the pages for donation, has trouble converting and says my app is installed in another device when it's only on my phone. It could really use some work but the idea is amazing.

Merhaba. Uygulama android'te çalışmıyor. Bir hesapla bağlan uyarısı çıkıyor, g mail i seçiyoruz ve sonra uygulama donuyor. This app does not work on android system. When we dowland it, app says 'choose an account' . When we select g mail account, app freeze.

I didn't (couldn't?) even use the app. Why? Because I have to add my mobile number. No phone number, no account. Why? No one knows. Besides, the app is translated to English while the user agreement part is in Turkish. Okay, I'm a Türk and it ain't a problem. But then, it shows up the way that it is not possible to read. I don't like to be forced to provide information which the apps don't need. I don't like being treated, well, "not nicely". Even if the cause is a good one, the app just isn't.
