Since the new update it is asking me to update one of the cameras passwords. I understand the security issue of a strong password but changing this particular camera's password is not an option as the customer lives miles away and cannot change it themselves. There should be an option to dismiss the password change but there isn't so that camera doesn't work anymore. Please update the options so you can leave the camera details as I see fit.

the new update made me force camera password change and all my cameras are disconnected from not only this app but my server. Totally f'd my network up and now I have to hard reset the camera individually by going up a ladder at my house to each camera. Thank you for the extra work. App is useless because it forces you to change the password otherwise you can't use the camera. Who the heck are you to tell me to change my local password? Tossing this app now until you fix it.

The ptz on this camera app is abominable, has no ratio pan-to-zoom ability. But worse, aside from CONTINUAL disconnect, now the app is asking me to change my password, (I don't WANT to), but won't let me actually USE MY CAMERA until I do!! I will be unplugging this enormous piece of CR*P, and replace it!! Will add camera brand name in an update so nobody else buys this GARBAGE!!!

Disconnects to often from the network, and the new updates regire you " and make you" change the password, why they have done this, I have no idea, the option to change a password is up to the owner of the camera not the company that sold it, it needs to be corrected, there is no need for a password, if the owner of the camera doesn't require one.

It was working good for years and suddenly disabled all access to my cameras insisting on a password? I need a way to roll it back to the way it was immediatly.

Worked great until the recent update. Now it's saying I have the wrong password and doesn't let connect to my cameras. Needs to be fixed asap

No way to set the username for the camera. These cameras let you choose a username and a password for the user accounts but the app doesn't allow any username apart from admin so it's impossible to login.

Both camera's discount all the time from this app. As of sept. 2021 updates for this app. Have helped a lot.

Doesn't let you put in an IP address of cams on local network, forcing you to auto-search the LAN, which finds none of the cameras. 1 star for the Rock-Dumb lack of basic functionality... Seriously, hey dummy developer, just let me put in the damn address myself, after all, this is suppose to be for "IP Cameras" isn't it ?

For October update: Please don't force user to setup new password. I want to leave some cameras as default settings.
