The worst app. แอพโคตรห่วย Forgot password function did not work at all. Sign in with Facebook also didn't work. You also can't change password from website either. Totally garbage UI ecosystem.

Just check all the one star reviews going back months. Its clear this app is not fit for purpose and the designers have no wish to make improvements or more likely are incapable of making improvements. I would suggest they scrap the app and start again from scratch with a set of professional app designers. I wont hold my breath.

Seriously, it's the worst app that annoy us every time we try to use it, and the whole digital experience as First Class member (which is worse than lower level members?!?). Wrong cinemas, annoying auto-play-trailer. Feels like being developed by, sorry, idiots, and approved by worse idiots who NEVER actually used it. Stop using free movie tickets, try use the app, and you'd know why people are pissed and why your cinema staffs are bored with being the one receiving hot complaints.

Possibly the single worst app I have ever used. Booked online and while there was no problem in taking payment, absolutely no confirmation I had booked was present on the app. I also wasn't sent an email. Cue arguing at the kiosk and having to show proof I paid already. Go to SF instead.

Was useful for checking what's showing, but a recent update has rendered the app useless - fails to load the programme at any cinema. Still works on an Apple device - perhaps pandering to the iPhone brigade is the developer's priority. Why do we need geo-fencing? Why must permission for location be enabled? I know for which cinemas that I want the programme

This app is useless. If you want to watch a specific movie and even pay for tickets with the app, you click the "show time" button, but it keeps redirecting to the cinema places list in a loop! Oh and also, absolutely not foreigner friendly, because all notifications about promotions (I guess) are in Thai.

Why I need to sign in everytime after update this application? Forgot password function is not properly work. Also my tickets did not show and not keep buying record. Please concern more about user experience. SF cinema application is a good example. Hope to see the improvement.

Not workable app. Full of bugs. Examples: - Always closed itself as soon as I want to go inside to see details of a cerrtain ovie in order to book - Current day's schedules are not displayed even they still have more showtimes on the current day.
