Honestly these are scammers! The last one: there was a promotion: 1 month with free 1000 hobos for January. I got these and rode all of them. Then, when the promotion ended, in February they took away from me 1000 hobos in addition! Like there was no promotion at all! What a scam! Not only that. I think I've lost some money few times they updated their app and introduced hobos. They can do whatever they want with these! Also, their support sux! They couldn't help me with my broken app 4 months.

Nice start, bad end. Nice ride, acceleration was good. When the ride was finished there was no connection with the scooter and couldn't finish ride from app. I had to call the service and they remotely stopped the counting ( meanwhile 5 min were charged additionally) - hope that this is not part of company's policy to surplus the service. Maybe will give them one more chance or will try other company.

Took 10 hours to get the SMS for activation. Not very useful. Perhaps adding alternative authentication methods such as Facebook/Google Auth could've prevented this.

I have never ridden a better e-scooter! And the streets of Sofia can be a challenge - it's a top notch for the bumpy roads! Bonus points for the price as well! Recommend it if you need to get somewhere fast and stay independent, and not sweaty!

Out of four scooters I tried to rent in Sofia, two were on private ground, one was missing, and one wouldn't accelerate. Not a reliable service.

Unnecessary password restrictions. You don't need all three of letters, numbers and special characters to have a good password.
