Worked great until I had to reset my older phone, then it wouldn't let me use this same app unless I upgrade to designer, says to use mobile, OK so I downloaded mobile and it says not compatible with phone, so I pay for HS touch, but now can't use the service on my older phone. Would be good to get the older version that worked or the mobile version that works with older phones and tablets.

This is a really awful app - looks like a high school project. Pretty unusable and outright hostile. A small UI/UX would go a long way. The whole HomeSeer system is a pretty bad experience - it is highly configurable so hobbyists will love it. There is no reason it cant have an easy to use, out of the box experience and be highly customizable. On the bright, it seems to be the most solid in terms of functionality. I have tried Wink and Almond.

Great company and excellent products. Love the amount of customization and the integration with pretty much everything! You'll need some technical skill for this app because it's so powerful and customizable, but with some time you'll get exactly what you want. Keep up the good work!

Using this for year and now as for a licence, the new app not working good and no show all the devices, please allow to connect like in the previous version.

only use this is you have upgraded your server to HS3. at this point every one should have upgraded.

App loads to a black screen with a version number at the top. Unable to access any of my connected system. No problems accessing through browser. For a system that costs $500+ to purchase, homeseer should embarrassed by this complete lack of functionality.

Stock app is not impressive and not up to current user interface standards. If you chose HS, you should do it for full customization the pro products offers. It beats Vera, samsung and wink in my opinion. The down side is the cost of pro version, time to create modern app on your own and occasional app crashes
