It was difficult for my colleagues and me to initially figure out how to purchase the 5 Pack...after searching each tab numerous times all three of us stumbled upon how to make the purchase but then it was somewhat easy to redeem a pass. Redeeming a parking pass has lots of clutter on the page...too much to read unnecessary text. Also, get rid of the wording that says "redeem a pass to park for free". In reality, I'm not parking for free as I pre-paid for those passes.

The Application Works Well But The Meter Maid Trolls The Parking Lot And If Your Session Expires And Your Not Immediately Outside. Expect A Ticket. It actually really pisses me off. Id appreciate it if the meter attendant that writes tickets could actually notify check if we had paid previously parked and send the application user a reminder to renew.

I'm sorry, but this app (more likely the company, but I don't know for sure) is terrible from day one. Downloaded it, paid for 2 hours, came back from the salon and coffee shop to find that my car had been towed before the time expired. And, from other reviews, there might be something fishy about what they do with card info (a requisite to use the app). Do not download and use. Delete it and never bother with it again.

This app takes advantage of desperate people by taking away cheaper parking rate options when their parking is about to expire. I have paid hourly rates at a specific location before, but when I went to extend my session remotely, I was only given an option to pay full daily rates. There is also no phone support, so this is not something that can be resolved in any time urgent manner.

Great App, works exactly how you'd want! Recognizes where you are and clearly shows parking rates. Goople pay makes paying super easy and the reminders or alerts your parking is going to expire are a nice touch. Wish everywhere used their system.

This is a terrible app. It claims that you can pay with PayPal but when I actually try to use it PayPal button does not exist anywhere in the app at all whatsoever. Don't waste your time and energy

Great way to avoid lineups to pay at the machine. The negative is that when you extend your time, instead of adding to your remaining time, it overlaps with your remaining time. I specifically chose to EXTEND the time in the app.

As the Master Meter did not take debit and was funky with coin , this was the only option. I never thought I would use an app to pay for parking!

Great for hospital parking, you can add time from your phone. When you park you don't hv to go to a meter or go to parking lot to add time .
