This is by far the worst app and online payment I've used. It doesn't let you select your city and location, it crashes easily and overall doesn't work. It seems like worse than a beta product. I called the 800 number and they agreed their service is trash, but can't do nothing to help.

Useless as is. I don't know why they have not once fixed the app in the past two years. Maybe because they leech off of renters, not sure. But they should at least make the app functional.

Poor!! Nothing easy and convenient about it, if you can't even select the location your at to use the app. Let alone even something as simple as logging in, the app will not allow you too. Doesn't make me feel comfortable, that if it did ever start to work. Why would I trust to load money on it? Pretty bad when now I spend my money at a laundromat instead of at the apartment laundry facilities😔

Since there's two of the same app with different dates, I'll review on both. It sucks. There is $10 in my account that I very much would like back, since the app just plain doesn't work. My laundry room is on the list. My address is in their selections. The app? Host error. Room not found. It's more of a headache than going to the bank for quarters could ever be. So save yourself the trouble and use change.

This is garbage. You need completely restart the app and sign in again if your phone locks, but it doesn't notify you of this until you try to start a machine and it times out. More importantly, even when using the app "correctly" it takes so long to send the request to the laundry machine I've had several occasions now where the app timed out AND CHARGED ME when the machine did not even ask me to start it

Useless...I honestly had a better laundry system when I was in college almost 10 years ago. Both the app and the website, as far as I was able to tell, do not provide accurate or useful information about which machines are in use and which are available. I don't plan to use the payment option, so there is truly no reason for me to have this app. Really disappointed in its functionality...

If there were any other way to check the status of the laundry machines remotely, I would (laundry-basement, me-top floor). The security on this app seems minimal, so I dont trust it with any personal information. I only use it to check the status of machines, and even that simple task often crashes the program.

HORRIBLE!!! Only gave a star cause I had to so I could post a review. The app does not load 99% of the time. If it does load it will say login failed, connection timed out, location unavailable (even though machines are not in use), several times I have been charged and not been able to start machines. It will load your money faster than you believe but it won't let you spend your money! I have emailed the developer as of this post. See if I get a response!

Had an account with this app for most a year. Using it is pretty hit or miss but today I was told "Login Failed" I can't reset password, I can't login, it won't even let me create a new account even since "an account has been created for this phone" Pretty sure I still had around 10$ left on my account too. And now I'm locked out of it.
