I don't understand why the app wouldn't update, every time I try to updat the app says couldn't install and fails to update. why does this happen is this a bug or something completely different ??. question: is this a failed update you guys did some time ago or some phones won't work for some random reason with the update ??.

I got it updated for so many times and after installing it says incompatible with my phone. Annoying.

I tried several times to back up my Mate 9. It even said it was successful once. But, all the folders were empty. After that. Each time I tired. It would get to around 40% and die. I set the phone on no sleep. Turned off the power savings on app in phone. Nothing would work. I finally gave up and went to reset my phone. That was it. It died and will not start again. So, I am not sure if the battery went dead or all this backing up killed it. Plus, I find it strange that the app has to know the IMEI number of the phone? It should be able to tell it is a Huweai device without it. Now, I have a dead Mate 9. It was a great phone while it lasted. I wish the US would leave Huawei alone. We lost competive pricing and the new midrange by others are expensive. HO hum.

The Most-Wanted Features STILL Missing from EMUI 9! 1. Ability to use third-party icon packs 2. Access to app info in long pressing icons 3. Transparent Navigation Dock 4. Customizable Recent apps interface 5. Ability to change fonts and font sizes in home screen, app drawer and folders. 6. Option to disable /enable high search. 7. Ability to open notification panel from the middle of screen. Hope you add these features in the near future. Thanks in advance!

Broken App. Purchased phone new on Saturday. App says select country or region while loading non stop. Shows nothing else. Just have wheel spinning non stop saying loading. Tried everything. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. Does not work. Please fix as it eventually says cannot connect to server. There is nothing wrong with my internet as I also tried with WiFi. Same story.

My phone is under warranty. Few months ago it had a problem of not charging. So it serviced in free of cost. But after that service a yellow spot appeared under display. I was too busy in my daily work. So I came late into the service centre(after 2 or 3 month) But still my phone is in warranty. But service person is saying that it will not covered under warranty. I am totally embarrassed. I thought service is good and also my review was good in previous service. But in future no way...

The communication with live advisors is almost perfect. They are not guilty that the newest models have some features disabled, what was available in older models. Especially it refers to the hi end models that are missing important features. We will forward this to the development - I hear it many times and wait and wait and wait.
