Just downloaded it to hear a song sent to me, thinking "cool. Another music app!" Extremely difficult to search for an artist. And I kept getting music suggested to me - and added to a playlist - that I don't like. So much potential and yet it doesn't live up to it.

I think I found bug in the app. You use wired headphones while it is playing. Once you get an advertisement, disconnect the headphones which will pause the process(song or adv) so now advertisement is stuck with some seconds left and there is no way to get past it. only way out is uninstall and reinstall the app.

So full of bugs, horrible UI, songs shuffle to outside of playlist for no reason, if the app hangs on an incomplete audio ad, it stays there even after restarting the app for a long time.

My experience was not good it was bothersome with all the bugging out also it's horrible when you're trying to find music in English also had a very small selection of languages also I don't like Hindi music that was the only damn music it was giving me even if I typed up a English speaking musician it wouldn't give me them. I selected English for which language I wanted, but the app forces you to pick three. I didn't like that it put the other two languages of which I don't understand before

App keeps crashing especially when playing music through Car via Bluetooth. During the trial period, app worked fine, no issues. As soon as I started paid subscription, app has been crashing. I tried install/reinstall, same issue. It also takes forever to load/play music doesn't matter if I am using wifi or phone service. I have 4G-LTE and really good wifi connection. Please fix this. I am pretty much wasting the subscription because of app crashing all the time.

I would rate this app 5 stars if it wasn't for annoying popup ads and high frequency of it. I get that it is your revenue stream, but there are proper ways of configuring it without being a nuisance to your app users. Learn from Spotify, Pandora, etc. Will be deleting this app until this concern is addressed. Going with Gaana app for now.

Worst customer service! I paid for annual subscription in 2019 but wasn't aware that it was set for recurring automatic annual subscription for next yr also. When I was charged for 2020, I immediately emailed them same day and requested to cancel the subscription and refund the payment. However, after many back and forth emails, they refused to refund and directed me to request google for a refund, which I did. Google play store then redirected me back to hungama. I finally disputed with my bank

They canceled my yearly subscription that I had PAID for with my coins after a month. They also took over 24,000 coins from my account, leaving me with zero. And now, no matter how many songs I listen to, my coin count stays at zero. I use this aap daily. Have never been inactive. I've contacted customer service several times and they never reply. I've checked all my folders including spam, there's nothing. Terrible customer service. There are plenty of similar apps out there, I'd say use those.

I've only been using it for a few hours but I have successfully downloaded the soundtracks to a movie I just watched. Which in my opinion is the job I was after Danny was performed successfully. I'll update if anything goes wrong. Good job guys and gals whatever the case maybe. This is an amendment now I found more about this app since I've been using it Yes I've actually found an album I wanted and downloaded the whole thing and I have no problem listening to it being I'm using Google play.
