Insanely buggy, terrible user experience especially when the app is the only way to show tickets and gain entrance to the games. The old version was wayyyy more reliable. Fix it! Update: even worse...now it's not allowing me to list tickets for sale. Just endlessly clicking PAYOUT METHOD without going anywhere. Pretty basic stuff I never had problems with in years past now routinely breaks. Unacceptable for an organization with the kind of resources AMB Group has behind it! 👎 Saw your response...I've had this capability to offer my season tickets for sale via the app for a few years now. It worked all season until recently. I had to get my daughter to use the IOS version of the app to put mine up for sale this time. This isn't new functionality, it's nothing to do with ticketmaster. It's just a bug.

Locks up frequently, like as you are walking up to the gate... Forces you to re-login, but, you can't - have to uninstall and reinstall. Won't let me resell tickets, select tickets, choose payout, then... nothing. Super frustrating! I see Ticketmaster says to sell via web. Yeah, try to find that path on their site. "No Upcoming Events" and other roadblocks. Sad excuse for paperless transition.

Crashes all the time and won't sign in. Every time this happens I have to reinstall the app. Every time I have to buy parking or check my parking pass, it will not connect yo my account and I have to uninstall the app and install again. This is ridiculous

SUCKS!!!!! I can't manage my tickets - when I try to sell them, I keep getting stuck on "payout method" which is unclickable! Installed, Uninstalled, reinstalled NOTHING!

Horrible, used to be good. Can't open, no google wallet, layout bad, etc Still horrible! Fix it! Can't resell tickets and can't log in frequently!

Such a poor app. I have to use it to manage my tickets. If I have an issue getting into my tickets, I have to uninstall then reinstall this app. That is such a waste of time.

Season ticket holder from the beginning. The app used to be more stable and useful. Now it is bloated with too many bells and whistles, and stability had massively suffered. It is an ongoing issue to access your tickets on consistent basis. The solution often times is to uninstall and reinstall the app to do so. And the prices continue to go up even though the market price for tickets is lower than what season ticket holders pay.

I've never been able to consistently access my tickets through this app. Before I was getting a pop up message that prevented me from accessing and now it's just a blank screen. If you're going to force season ticket holders to use mobile tickets you need to make it just as easy as using the old matchday cards, and this is nowhere close.

ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS APP. Having same issue as others. I get "automatically" logged out of my ticket account and have to uninstall & reinstall this worthless POS. And after most recent round, now I can't even login, I am getting "ERROR 418 NOT AUTHORIZED". And since I can't attend tonights game (9/15), I am completely unable to login to list this ticket for sale. so now this app is costing me 💲💰. Come on ATL, get your 💩💩 together. This is making me reconsider renewing my tickets for 2022.⚽⚽

New app is awful. It's painfully slow. It's always loading. The worst part is, they got away from physical match day cards which now forces people to have to use such a terrible product, like this app. Its one thing to have a terrible app people rarely use or know about... It's another to have a terrible app you force all your customers to have to deal with. Fix the damn app. UPDATE: App is still abysmal. Over a year, no improvement.
