Absolutely pointless app/service. They will never be there on time. Even when you pre-book, or even when you call twice in the morning to make sure they recieved your booking and you have a train to catch. Book an hour before you're due to get somewhere. They could be on time then...

I have generally received good service from this company, who appreciate I am old and frail. The problem I have is that they use their yellow and purple colours for buttons in the app, and I cannot read them, so always end up using an operator. Not optimised for those with poor eyesight.

Use another taxi firm max cabs is a joke . Never on time .......you can book a taxi half a day before and still doesn't come on time or even not at all . Rubbish .....avoid using to save disappointment and money RIP off c**** . Get charged extra if sun ain't in the right position and ain't safe for women at night .....heard too many rape attempts by this firm ......bunch of wrong uns .

Pre booked After 10 mins late phone to be told another 25mins that 35mins late ridiculously
