If this is TRUELY a SaveMySpot app than why does my wait time randomly increase as I wait? If I was there in person waiting they wouldn't be letting ppl cut in front of me right? I use this app because due to my health situation and Covid I can't put myself at risk by sitting in a medical office for two hours..... But yet after waiting at home for two hours I got there when the app said my appointment was 10mins out and somehow STILL had to wait another hour!!

This is a very well misunderstood APP! You CAN'T make appointments with it, you CAN'T use it when LifeLabs are closed. The only correct way to use it is, on the day you need to do blood work, the labs are opened, you use this app to do LIVE net check in, before you even get out of the door. It tells you the actual wait time and allows to check it in advance. All you need to do is, check in and be there according to the wait time the app tells you.

Useless app. Doesn't allow you to chwck in even if you are at the location. Currently standing in line waiting. App tells me the location is currently closed and opens tomorrow

If you can't book an appointment any more, which you can't, this app is useless because you have to stand in line just to let them know you want a blood test done, at which point they send you back outside to wait for your turn again.

to get a save my spot fairly easy to understand. to make an appointment a disaster. the app kept locating me in Ontario instead of my region.

You can't check in, can't book an appointment. Just find a location. The whole reason I wanted the app was so I could check in.

Used Save My Spot to book a time only to be refused service because people are waiting in line. What's the point of this then? Morgan Creek location in Surrey BC

Pointless. The app will tell you 32 minutes and as you wait that time will climb to 65 minutes. Them when you start thinking about going to the store to kill time, it tells you 21 minutes. This feels like a victory until you look back down at the app and it indicates your wait time is now 78 minutes.

What a waste of time to many confusing adverts - Why do the labs close at 3:30 pm? Have 2 shots so people who are working cam get tested without losing pay!!!
