App does not connect to monitor. I've tried using multiple smart devices to connect, and no results. I allowed all the permissions that the app asked for and could not even reach a screen that scans for the monitor. The monitor itself works well enough as a stand alone device, but I bought it specifically for it's claims of having a digital log in this app.

This does not detect my monitor. The app for some reason won't even let me try to connect via Bluetooth without giving in access to my phone's location data and I cannot understand why. The reason given in-app is "BPiQ collect location data to enable seemless connectivity to BP monitors even when the app is closed or not in use", which sounds like absolute nonsense. I don't need that, and it shouldn't need my location to connect to my monitor.

Somewhat functional but inexcusably basic. Its like a 2007 "app". App provides no way to add notes to readings. No ability to download a csv file. Occassionally logs junk data ( my bp for May 4, 2056 is 255/255). Often have to force-stop app to get it to upload data. Needs ridiculous permission set. The whole login interface & identity management seems to be from the last century too.

I've had it for three days - the first two days the results seemed to sync fine, but suddenly today it stopped syncing. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting within the app, as well as forgetting the Bluetooth device in Android. It doesn't do anything. I specifically bought this model and paid significantly extra so I wouldn't have to write anything down. I am not impressed.

Awful app cannot register. Doesn't give me any reason. Tries several email addresses, "Registration failed". Tried forgot password, got "Update failed". Tried wifi on, and off. Tried on different phone. All same results. This app doesn't work.

Pretty terrible app. It connected to the monitor but after I had cleared the existing data it won't show any more even though it says its connected. Also, why do I have to create an account and why does it need full-time access to my location and access to my media? Unnecessary permissions. It's getting deleted since it's useless.

It's user-friendly and keeps track of everything including medication history, emergency contacts, etc. I love the Bluetooth feature. My doctor's office appreciates the feature that allows me to email my BP results to them. And best of all, the developer is contientous. He responds quickly, which is always appreciated by users!

Bluetooth connectivity problem. I have used the app successfully for some time. However, after an update to the app and/or update to the Android system, my blood pressure monitor would not pair with my smartphone. I contacted BPiQ support and they worked through the problem and came up with a solution involving the permissions setting for location to be allowed all the time. I can continued to upload my readings.

Bluetooth totally disfunctional....can't connect and no option to even search for bluetooth devices as outlined in hardware guide. When selecting Bluetooth in settings on the app, the screen simply goes to "My Measurements" and the rest of the screen is blank. Disappointing to purchase a product specifically to have the Bluetooth option and to have this result.

The App upgraded the interface overnight. I wake up this morning to take my regular reading and there is no Bluetooth connectivity. I take 2 measurements and the memory didn't function to record on 30 chart. Signed out of app. Restarted phone. Signed back in and still nothing recording. Please fix ASAP 🙏 app won't even recognize brand new $156 BIO monitor Bluetooth setting. Also any personal information about Dr and medications cannot be entered back in.
