I have the iRig UA, and the app worked perfectly on my Samsung S10 E. I upgraded my phone, and the app doesn't detect the box, and therefore doesn't connect. It returns the error "designed for an earlier version of Android, check for updates". Of course, there is none.

This is great as long as your willing to put up with some limited capabilities compared to the Apple version of Amplitube. For those having trouble getting the iRig UA to recognize your device you must use an OTG (on the go) cable. One side of the cable should be micro usb for connection to the iRig UA, and the other should be whatever port is compatible with your device. I use a Micro USB to USB C OTG cable for my Moto X4 and it works every time.

This app is excellent. Works perfectly for me. Someone said in their post about no multiple effects but I'm able to do this just fine. Overdrive & phazer sound awesome together. Don't know how many times IKM have got to tell people that this software will only work with iRigUA. Come on people it's not complicated..😆

Cannot get out of demo mode... All cords are connected... Using brand new IrigU... Plug into phone properly after downloading app and it will not move past the screen with the instructional pic of the cord and will only operate in demo mode

I wish I could give 0 stars. This app does not work at all on my galaxy note 9. Well, it opens but I cannot get any audio to come through the iRig into this app all I can do is run and listen to the demo. I even registered my product and it still does not work. I spent $200 on the irig duo pro and it is totally unless. I am super dissatisfied. IK, pleas get your act together!

Doesn't work. When it loads it says to connect iRig or demo mode. Well I connected my iRig, but there's no option to click, and it doesn't even detect my iRig even though it is their product that they mfg. Also upon first loading app, I get a warning saying it was made for an older version of android, but when I tell it to look for update there is no update. So I've seen enough to know to never bother with this app again.

Why do I have to reconnect to the internet everytime i want to use a amp i paid for. Paying over $100 for the Irig plus $7-10 for the plug-ins that i really don't even own, thats not right.

The last update for this app was in 2015. Since then, we had 4 major Android upgrades and the Android phones have changed considerably in terms of compatibility and premium resources. This app is heavily outdated and the UX feels like a throw back to 10 years ago. The iOS app, on the other hand, is updated constantly. Android users deserved better treatment.

The app is great. It's the iRig UA that I have problems with. It's made of cheap plastic. I had to remove my phone cover in order to get the cable to plug in. Sometimes you have to jiggle the cable to get it to work properly. For a hundred bucks they should make something a little more solid. Otherwise it sounds great. The software gets 5 stars. I've ran it through my amp into my DAW with great results. The hardware. 3 stars. Even the plastic is ok but better jacks and cable would mean it.
