The old version was good. But this 1, if I video call someone I can only see myself, not them. They have the same problem on their end. If we all can't resolve this issue it'll be uninstalled. ---12/4/2018 Was when I 1st wrote my review, thought you'd correct the bugs. //// So It's now Nov.2021 & upon reading these reviews it appears nothing's changed too much. How do you keep sucking for so long?

I'm not giving it a 1 star because up until this point it has been a great app and I never got a chance to rate it, but now it sucks. I've had to uninstall this app several times within a span of 2 weeks. First, I wasn't receiving notifications. Now, I can't see my photos nor will it send. I tried sending one of the blank photos and for 2 days now it's been "sending".

I not happy at all with this app I don't hear it ring I miss all kind of video calls only way I know I have call is when my family / friends actually calls my phone and this is the only way I can see my family/friends considering COVID-21 aka Delta is still in the air , Y'all need to fix this app ASAP I know alot of people that uses this app and it's not working right

I'm in China, and this app was working properly before but now I don't know what happened and why this app stopped working. My app logged out automatically on iPhone and now it doesn't send a verification code to my phone number to log in back. I even have tried on multiple phones, android and other iPhones too. But it has some issue on all other devices. Can you please explain the issue and if it will get fixed? Or I should stop thinking using this app in future in China?

I've had this app for awhile being that I'm still an Android user I use this for video chatting.. I also use to enjoy the live feature until the hackers started deleting my contacts my info and my live account which I pay a monthly subscription for! All I can say is user beware!!! But really just 🏃🏃

Use if you want to lose your messages, pics, etc. I got a notification to update the app so I did. It seemingly deleted my account and locked me out. Then whenever I would try to re-register, everytime I would enter my number it said I need to enter a valid number, even though the number is completely valid. I finally messaged customer service (months ago) and never heard back.

Complete garbage, and the worst customer service, the app kept closing so I re-created my account a few times and it banned my number forever, I asked customer service to remove ban after explaining circumstances and they said to get a new number.......this app and the developers are complete garbage
