    I've been waiting since October for the newest update. I finally stopped using the bond touch because it wouldn't stop trying to pair and said my husband wasn't connected. I couldn't have my phone volume on not even vibrate because of the constant Bluetooth pair thing. It drained my phone battery so fast because it was doing this so much. I check everyday for a update and nothing. I really miss my bond touch. Its perfect for my husband and I just wish it was fixed.

    It worked great until a few weeks ago when it sends em notifications asking every minute over Bluetooth to pair with BOND. I can still send touches but am given a constant barrage of notifications asking me to pair my bracelet whenever my Bluetooth is turned on rendering this app and bracelet useless!!! I have to disable Bluetooth just so my phone will stop sending me notifications asking me to pair with my bond touch bracelet! The help center told me a new update would fix it but hasn't.

    I loved my bond touch until one day it just stops vibrating. It will light up and send but does not vibrate it send vibration to my partner. I'm so disappointed because contacting customer service does nothing. They just try to walk me through a troubleshoot that does nothing.

    After every update thats made my bracelet won't connect and sometimes I have issues to where after I update, my bracelet won't connect. Despite being fully charged the bracelet won't flash.

    I deleted my previous review to because it made me. This app, overall, is pretty cool. However, according to my previous review it shows my wife as not connected even though she is and can receive my touches. Now, the app is constantly asking us to pair if we get more than 10' away. It would be okay if it only asked once in a while, but the app asks like every 15 seconds. It gets annoying because when we are together, we do notuse our bracelets. Please fix and I will give more stars.

    Latest update has the app constantly searching for the device, giving you never ending Bluetooth pairing request notifications unless you actually connect to the device and wear it. Notifications that CANT BE MUTED. I have to turn off Bluetooth any time I'm not interested in wearing the stupid thing or it won't stop. Ever. No don't tell me to contact customer service, put a ticket in with your coding department and tell them to go through their notes and unbreak whatever they broke, thanks.

    Easy to set, fun to use! There are so many ways this technology can be applied beyond simply sending an "I love you!" to a partner. We love it!

    Before the firmware and app update. Everything worked flawlessly. Now seeing your partner connected does not work. Going into private space crashes the app. The constant disconnected from Bond has been addressed in this version though *sigh* Update: Update of app has not fixed the problem. Still cannot see partner connected. Still have the constant disconnect notice.

    My husband's bracelet has stopped vibrating, not sure if it is the app or not. Though a lot of people have said the apps updating has messed with their bracelets as well so I have a feeling that's what is it. We tried to fix it every way the website says and it still isn't working. I later contacted customer support and the problem was resolved but only when it was slammed on the counter haha, so we are now thinking it was a loose wire.
