Worst app ,I reffered my multiple and help them create account and according to all terms and conditions, it's been a month but nothing reward I got. I have told multiple times to the agent ls in chat section but they are only timepass they told to send email and I sent multiple emails which are not having any reply.1 month delay in reward what is discipline in iifl I don't have any trust now .But I know here also I will get same usual reply "we are sorry for your inconvenience" Give my reward

Pathetic UI changes in every update & the app is not well tested. Here are a few bugs (I'd deserve a bounty for this!)- 1. Go to portfolio holding->stock details->back to holdings, the list scrolls to the top(should maintain the scroll position) 2. Payment confirmation->click "Go to watchlist", doesn't switch to the watchlist tab, only the tab gets highlighted 3. There should be an option on the stock details page to quickly see the quantity in holding for that stock (currently it's under the buy/sell screen or holding screen which needs extra clicks) 4. There should be an option to create unlimited custom watchilists & name them 5. There should be an option to fetch dividend report for the entire FY & also a consolidated P/L report for all categories, including dividends 6. App has become slower, especially chart takes long to load 7. There should be a total of the day's trade value on the "trades" or "positions" screen 8. The UI looks too bright. There should be a night mode or dark theme option 9. Chart & day's/52week's high/lows should be the first details on the stock details screen(as earlier), the "mkt depth" can be scrolled to, if one is interested. Or keep them customizable as per individual preferences. 10. No news details available now on clicking the news. Also, fewer news than earlier. Have a separate news section(as earlier) or at least keep the details available. In a nutshell, you've made a mess out of a very good & almost industry leading stock trading app. I never thought I'd be writing such a negative review for this one after more than 6yrs of usage. I'd be happy to help you as an evangelist if you'd like to deliver a good UX. For now, take 1 star for the motivation.

This and the last update, both are buggy. App is not loading. Once you enter the pin, it bring you back to same page-asking for pin again. Clicking on otp does nothing and i am writing this on a Monday morning- you cant belive my frustration right now.what to do guys? Your developer should get the app tested before giving updates.

Cannot see complete news in this version. Bad! Worst experience after update. The design has changed to be non user friendly. Previous version was much better So many issues in this one. 1. Annoying error pop up 2. Cannot select change % 3. Cannot see more stocks rate at a time 4. Clicking on a stock does not open it. It asks further for detail. This version is sick.

1) In pending orders filter - no filter to sort out only SELLS order, however filter options like segments, intraday, delivery etc are given 2) in order summary CMP not mentioned, needs to go to DETAILS 3)In order summary approx TOTAL AMOUNT not mentioned 4) also in all/pending orders, TOTAL APPROX order amount not mentioned 5) it's not easy option to see detailed table mentioning- date , time, units, unit price, total amt, brokerage etc, each and every minor details in one go. This is a worst app, which I had never seen in my life. It takes atleast 30-45 seconds for the rates to get refreshed in Bank Nifty option different strike prices. Even when you add a scripz it doesn't get reflected immediately in the watchlist. It takes 30-60 seconds for the same. Bnf option traders don't trade in this app... I am now using the latest version of your app... downloaded again today freshly...no change in my personal experience...I will not suggest to use IIFL app for bnf options.

I am not sure why you run frequent updates. The old version was best. Remember users don't want frequent changes as by the time he gets used to it there is another change. Some things need to be simple. Reports can have yearly report like in web version. In mobile key things need to be displayed like 52wk high even before bid info. Very slow performance. Trade book not upto date.

Facing trouble with app during login, after entering app is not logging in. Few weeks back i was told to clear cache and data for solving. Now after doing it,. Problem is still there

The main thing in trading is transparency in charges and transaction. The app doesnt gives breakup of charges deducted stock wise. suggestions: 1. Kindly include a proper MIS for every transaction of shares date wise 2. Past (which are sold) and current Profit and loss MIS should also be present 3. I unknowingly sold one share before t+2 days, kindly put a warning sign for the sellers easiness. 4. Kindly include option of not showing and not using margin money.

From five star to two star. The more you are updating it, the worse it is becoming. Open High 52 week high low etc. Can't be seen. Charts have to be separately opened instead of old interface of seeing chart below price. Going downhill pretty fast. Reducing important features and putting junk on priority
