Terribly frustrating to play because pieces only "click" into place when joining with each other. When you place a piece over the guide where you can see it belongs, but you haven't placed the adjoining pieces yet, it doesn't "click" into place, and is still free floating. I also don't understand why the part of the puzzle you have assembled moves separately from the guide. I've never played a jigsaw game with these two features, and it is annoying, which takes the pleasure out of it.

Highly recommend this if you want to try out jigsaw puzzles. I have really enjoyed this game. I play it on a 7 inch Samsung tablet so about 300 pieces is the max I'll play. I have not seen any problems with the app at all and have worked 30 to 40 puzzles. I have earned enough coins so I haven't needed to buy any. I did buy $5 worth just to support the developer. Thanks for an enjoyable game.

I have been playing Jigsaw for years and it was only available through Facebook for free play. I tried playing cross-stich same issues I can't load at all to start one game. Inertia Game Studios @Facebook why are there issues loading your games? I have contacted both of you on several occasions and I get Inertia telling me clear cookies, cache, use different browsers etc. which I have done and that is the reason I contact you guys. I even go to the inspect page which loads lots of errors stating problem with servers connecting. You both need to fix the issues and connection or remove the games. Yes I have even contacted Google about the errors. And this is on going and once in a blue moon like last night I got to actual play a game but couldn't return to another one I started and saved. To bad there isn't 0 star rating.

I really love this app it helps me get my stress down, the only problem I have is for example we pay 120 coins for a pack and they are only worth around 4 coins each does that seem fair because it doesn't to me just saying

Amazing jigsaw game. One the best out there. The only reason that prevents me for giving 5 stars is that having partial edges solved that can be fit static without moving would make it perfect

I made the colossal mistake of trying Win11 and lost access to Jigsaw world. I returned to Win10 (as much as I could, that is) and I still can't find the game, and the few times I have lucked on it, it took 27 steps to find it. (Not really, but the frustration feels like it.) I love this game, have played for years and don't feel like my day can start without completing a puzzle. But Win11 ruined all that. None of the JW links I find will load. Developers: HELP!

The button that puts all the pieces around the edge is right there where my fingers REPEATEDLY ACCIDENTALLY touched while i was putting puzzle together, messing up my nicely sorted piles. I RECOMMEND HIDING THE BUTTONS SOMEWHERE SO THEY CAN'T ACCIDENTALLY BE TOUCHED. I FINALLY GOT FED UP WITH THIS FRUSTRATION AND UNINSTALLED IT.

A nice puzzle game, but the pieces need to snap to the grid. I frequently move the work-in-progress puzzle and it is very annoying. Especially once you have the border completed, the WIP puzzle should not move. The puzzle packs are too expensive and it is nice that you can change the size and shape of the puzzle pieces. But, really, allow the puzzle to snap-to-grid and it gets 5 stars.

Original post: I'm really enjoying these puzzles. Challenging but not impossibly. The variety spices it up. Thanks! I'm playing on a different tablet. All my money and puzzles are gone! HELP ME!
