Worst Experience , seat are smelling , not cleaned and not hygiene, leakeage in bus at various places, rain coming inside even after claoing window. Our seat become wet , my wife and my 6year child awake whole night throughout the journey. When complaint to driver and conductor , they saying we can't anyhing. It's ridiculous bus experience we have faced in my life , if you dont have basic necessities , then u should stop operating bus. I am gng to claim full refund else will goto consumer court.

I booked 2 lower seats (H,J) on journey date 03.01.2019. But when ticket booked its shows upper 2 seats alloted (G,I). I face this type of issues with H K Travels most of the time. Its a direct cheating with customer. I want to get claim for this.

Bus staff is taking more money. Bus ticket price is 600 per person but sometimes take 700 or 800. The worst and bad bus.

Driver was drunk on 31st Dec'18 night , bus GJ-01 ET 9905 was fallen in nalah near sarvottam hotel near baroda @ 1:20 am on 1st Jan'18 , police tried call HO @ Paldi but no one picked up the call , several peoples got injured . no alternat bus was arranged ,all passengers were stayed there for 1 hour but no help from H.K. please beware of H.K. Travels

mmy name is bhupat sinh i have journey indore to bhuj i have good experiyence with bus driver and conductor so i m happy with this journey bus is small 4 rest stop for toylet and tea and 1 30 minut at hotel avantica at dahod for dinner so i m good experiyence

Seating and sliping seat very bed and very expensive as compare to there service so please dont use HK BUS
