The app is less and less convenient. In paying for food (in advance) the only options are credit/debit and gift cards. No google pay (anymore) and i cant even use my rewards (as an option) if i wanted to. I have 2 gift cards that can cover the cost (combined) but the app no longer allows you to use more than 1 card to complete the cover price. A cpl months back, it was the same issue, but with tickets. So I'll be skipping concessions. And if its the same for tickets, ill start going elsewhere.

The App is great! Would like the option to split tickets with friends via integration of Venmo or PayPal. Also, would be nice to be able to select a contact and send a ticket via text or have it display in their MT account on the app.

Trying to order food or just a soda is time consuming and frustrating. Put in a promo code that the theater gave me and was still charged the full amount. We will not return until the wait staff returns.

Not very intuitive, and I still haven't found where to find movie description says. Update July 2021. I would say the app is much better, still have to navigate a lot of screens just to find if seats are available.

App needs a bit of work. Should always have the theatre selected shown while searching. Recently had an experience where even though I purchased tickets, they did not show up in the app upon arrival a few days later. Looking back it did not fully post to my credit card but I did have a notification of the initial charge. Edit: if using this app I'd make sure your ticket show up after purchase.

All in all a good app. Could be laid out a little more user friendly and would be nice if you could save your main location. You might be able to but I haven't figured it out yet. And if you can, again that's a layout issue. Like I said all in all good enough for a five-star, but I do have suggestions.

Took me forever to realize they won't come take my order anymore then this app won't accept my payment. Don't waste your time just go to the concession stand and order your food.

I give 5 stars but the app needs some work to save credit cards in the app, because i have to enter the card everytime i buying a ticket or food. Please make it work to save the card.

App works great on my Samsung Galaxy 8. Unfortunately I have upgraded to the Samsung S20 and the app gives a server error when opened. Opened the app on the G8 and bought tickets but the phone is Wifi only now. Gonna have to take the confirmation code with me to the theater. :( I did reinstall it but no luck!

I like being able to purchase tickets online, but there's not an potion for pre-ordering food AFTER movie is selected, and the type of ticket screen is cut off, so can't see the name (I assume general, senior, child?)
