The app has always been subpar, with constant crashes, buggy interfaces, and a lack of functionality compared to the web version of the game, but the thing that drove me to finally write a review after having used the app for years was the recent loss of the ability to check on incoming commands, including most importantly, incoming attacks. Without that ability, the app has become even less useful than before and you are now forced to play this game on a computer too.

Your troops will disappear for no reason. Buildings will vanish out of the que. The support staff (from Germany) has never heard of blitz. (They take over a week to look into anything). This game is only for people who pay a ton of money. And even if you do, Inno will find a way to screw you over. They took my favorite game, and made it into Obamacare (Glitches is all you get here). And whatever reply Inno drops below is 100% a cookie cutter lie. If you want a good game, this is not it.

This review is for the game itself, not the app. This game popularized the term "free to play, pay to win." It is almost unplayable, unless you are online 24/7 and spend hundreds of dollars per month. And pay you must. You can pay to get just about anything in this game, like that Rocko's Modern Life episode with the ski resort. The devs only care about paying players, even if they cheat or use bots. I know they'll going to respond, saying the game is playable for free, but that's not true.

I was very involved in the original TW 10 years ago so I'm very happy to see the improvements put into TW2 and the mobile integration. The app works as expected so far with only minor UI complaints. Edited - upped stars. Please show world URL in app settings to reduce confusion when switching to browser. My account was invalid on the en. site because it was created on the us. site.

As an experienced player for 3 years of service. I like the game, but recent events have me second guessing my involvement. I am a well-known tribe leader and have been a leader for most of my time, but some things really need to be fixed. Edit: Mobile should have the ability for tribe skills. There should be other ways to earn crowns other than buying them, forum contests, or winning a realm. Maybe special quests or something once you get HQ lvl 20 or something.

Awful PTW game. But even spending money won't help you. Friends and family of the administrators or developers are given major advantage. This could be a good game if it were not for all the cheating and exploiting being permitted by inno games. I played 3 realms and it was the same horror over and over again. I am done and will never go back.

Extreme advantages to the people who pay. If you are not prepared to spend as much money as the guy you spawn next to in the world, don't expect to compete. Very blatant pay-to-win mechanics. EDIT (Response to developer): I can provide feedback, but I feel it would fall on deaf ears. The amount of development effort required to fix it is to great to be worth it for you at this point. You created a game where those who pay are despised by those who don't, pitching players against each other in a ruthless "bidding war", where the player who pays you the most "wins" (whatever that means in this context). This game isn't a contest of skill, it's a game of chicken, where the person who stops entering their credit card information first loses. You created this game, and you knew what you were doing, and THAT is my "opinion".

Mixed emotions for this game. Customer service is fast but not helpful. The app crashes glitches and loads alot. I needed some help with the glitches that were happening with attacks of player villages and the representative was like, " This is a game mechanism and not a bug or something else. Unfortunately beginner protection cannot be recovered once it's lifted (for any reason)." All the best, Viele Grüße. I am disappointed of how they act to players that actually enjoy playing this game.
