Helps me (the parent) stay informed on what's going on in class, assignments due, and high valued attainments. The only gripe, and probably not the apps fault, but some teachers aren't current with what's due/late/graded. Therefore, there are some discrepancies between canvas and the schools grading system, Tyler sis.

I don't like this app! Never got it to work. Tried scanning the QR code that the school provided and wouldn't come up with anything. I tried all last year with no success.

It's kicked me off since January, but I've tried resetting using the steps provided in the help section X 5. When that didn't work, I kid you not friends - and I am generally easy to work with and a problem solver type of person, but this school year UGH, GET THIS... I CONTACTED THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE HELP DESK and was told to go to go to main page for our district and etc.. WALKING ME THROUGH THE HELP DESK FOR THEM!!! I told them that, and he said oh, well, we're short handed due to Covid-19

Horrible app. Assignments go missing, filters are wonky. Can't see teachers notes on grades. Student will have submitted assignment and yet app will say it's missing. If you then drill into assignment, it show submitted. After a frustrating year of online school, this app made it all the worse.

It was great on my old phone now I have updated to a new phone it won't allow me to login I've sent for my information to be reset but no email has been received to do so

I have this app and when I logged out it completely locked me out. I have tried EVERYTHING to get back into my account and nothing worked! I even tried to create a new account with my alternate email and it wouldn't except the pairing code. It kept saying that the pairing code was invalid and I tried at least 5 different times with 5 different codes all typed in correctly. I tried requesting a new password at least 20 times and never received anything in my email inbox or spam. I also tried using the QR code for mobile device and every other code it demands. I hate this app!!!!!!

I had an account, and yet every time I wanted to sign in, it took me to LBUSD account which WAS NOT linked to canvas whatsoever. So I tried to start all over, uninstalled the app, etc but then it said my email address was not VALID!. So I tried the QR but it was not valid. IT IS A VERY STRESSFUL APP. This review comes from someone that works with a very complicated EMR. (Electronic Medical Records), I am very techy. I rate it MINUS 10.

It just stopped working. I attempted to view my child's grades and when I opened the app it said I had no student that I was observing. I tried re-linking the student account to mine but that didn't work. Maybe if I uninstall the app that will help. I'm not sure and the teacher didn't know either. Very frustrating!

Will show missing assignments, but the lessons are complete. Doesn't seem to be synced with Canvas website.

I am so thankful to all of those who have worked so hard to come up with the idea and to making this app available. Its a very helpful app to many parents like me who may not be well acquainted with modern technology. This app is very simple and easy to use, I personally, it has helped ease the problems between my students and I. No need to ask if my students submitted their work or the teachers saying that they not yet received..., everything is right on my phone screen. Thank you very much...
