Please fix whatever it is that makes you lose everything whenever the screen goes blank due to inactivity. I'm constantly retyping entire invoices because it automatically deletes. Its ridiculous. I would've gave it 5 stars

I've been using this app for about 5 years and love it. BUT... Ever since the latest update everything loads so much slower and your have to wait and wait for a list to show up or other things. Everything used to be so instant, minus the manual refresh, but not sure what's going on. If this is a trade off for the automatic refresh, I'd go back to the other version just to get faster load times the way it used to be.

App was great till recent update now I can no longer see my outstanding invoices, quoted work, paid and unpaid invoices on my tablet. Yes, I have submitted a request to fix and still in a holding patern for over three week now. I have used this app for five years now and will be taking my business elsewhere. Update: that problem is now fixed 2 weeks later now I can not send estimates via email to my clients.

They have been charging me triple for a long time, refused to offer refund. Some how when I upgraded the subscription, the lower tier option remained and was still charged each month. At some point in the past two years, I changed to to a new email. Somehow it continued charging two subscriptions to my old email in addition to a new one. Upon recognizing this, (tax time, going through bank statements) their answer was "sorry you didn't check and fix this sooner, nothing we can do" .

I got the paid version and after a year of trying to get rid of it & have them stop charging me I finally issued a stop payment via my bank, another year later they somehow started charging again. they charged me $195.82 all in November. never. get. this. even a call to Google yielded no results this is a scam.

Love it. We have been using it for over 3 years. We are leather repair and custom made company, love it so much we have 2 invoice asap accounts one for each dept. Love the photo feature we can have photos of the custom made and for the repair dept. If you fave a good suggestions company always willing to change. We have recommended to other businesses. We have searched and used other software this is the best and affordable one you can have. Throughout the years they changed and improved the software.

I used this app for almost a year to create my invoices and estimates for HVAC business, as a matter of fact I signed up for monthly 7.99 fee cause I liked its simplicity, however at some point this app does not allow to email invoices or estimates. ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUS NOW??? The whole point of having this app and paying you is to be able to email invoices to customers. Also after your update I lost ALL information, all my customers list, who paid, who didnt pay, all customer email, phone numbers, etc etc. Why you guys ruined perfectly working app? THIS MUST BE SOME KIND OF JOKE, HORRIBLE!!! CLOWNS!!! Update: even though I requested a cancellation, you guys keep charging 7.99 every month. How pathetic and unprofessional. Horrible service!

Use it with android and it takes forever to refresh , not like iOS. Please fix this issue . Also, the invoice late date should be from the date it was signed not the date it was created. Otherwise , great app

Excellent app. Syncs well with Quickbooks. E-mailing invoices from the app is great and you can see if and when the customer has viewed the invoice. Any issues I have had are resolved with their great team customer support. We now use the app to take credit card and echeck payments which enhances the program's convenience. We also use the mobile version on Samsung tablet and Apple Ipad and it is very user friendly. Overall I highly recommend InvoiceASAP.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They have been double billing us for almost 2 years and we don't even use their services. They have zero customer service As we have tried to contact them many times to resolve this in no one returns our messages… We Have put multiple stop payments with our bank But every month they continue to debit our account. Be Very careful and make sure you want to use their services before giving them any payment information..
