There were lots of weeds in addition to many bare and weak areas of grass growth. Today is completely different with nice thick growth. Can tell a difference by sight plus mowing. While I have received only two service calls, both men were very helpful, informative, and courteous. I'm looking forward to a more definitive result after a few more service calls. The last call was for aeration. My dogs really enjoyed all the little plugs laying around. They are now gone after 3-1/2 inches of rain. Great timing.

Found this app by accident when looking for lawn services, but its been great! I don't have to contact the business directly to add on services like shrubs and weeds. I can just add it through the app. I also don't have to worry about how to get the company paid, you set up your card and they pay the company for you after the job is done. I've never had issues with anything being glitchy. It's been a fantastic app to use to get my yard taken care of this year.

App books your appointments, but apparently doesn't notify the workers. Have agreed to two bids, both times the start date was no where close to when the workers could start, both times I was not put on their schedule as the app says. Pretty terrible design.

App is not working well anymore. Could not complete hiring of new service because the app froze, but still received confirmation! How? Used to be the best app for this service but not anymore.

Out of their minds or cater to wealthy. Quote specs auto include front and backyard. My backyard is rock landscape, no grass. Quote is minimum biweekly with all quotes only taking weekly clients at this time. All quotes were the same exact price of $101 weekly. So tell me, is $404 a month, for a 1 hour job, on a patch of half dirt 25x30 feet, for city compliance, that barely grows monthly even realistic? NO. For that much i could buy a Hank Hill Mason 1500 AND make beer runs. 1 star.

Ground was covered with weeds and bare spots before GreenPal arrived and did their work. Later had many compliments about the lawn. Then a couple week went by and I noticed a GreenPal operator at the Church across the street spreading fertilizer and weed control I believe. The small card that Michael put up in front wasn't large enough for people traveling out front on Cottage Grove to be able to read. Waste of time etc.
