Poor customer service. I've been uploading valid till slips even with photos of the item bought. My slips are rejected because Spar's printer is not printing the date properly and because PicknPay doesn't properly specify the item bought. I have contacted SnapnSave and did not receive a helpful response. So disappointed. These are out of my control. I won't claim for an item if I didn't buy it.

Pnp ASAP sends a delivery note and an email as receipt. Both were rejected because the email cannot be uploaded as 1 page.I sent an email to lodge a complaint but the email comes back as undeliverable. I logged a message through the app and ,that too,cannot be sent. Very disappointing. Wish the app was more user friendly.

This is one of the least user-friendly apps I have ever had the displeasure of using. Why must everything load one page at a time. Just load all the offers and don't make me tap "show me more". Why does pressing the back button exit the app? Why can't I just book everything with one button instead of searching for one thing and individually book it. Why must I scroll all the way down the list to press "apply these filters"? Why are people giving such low reviews and nothing seems to be fixed?

Very bad customer service, i send a mail to them because i cant withdraw, they dont response to my problem. I have enough money in my wallet but keep getting error messages. Alot of slips they rejected, and i dont see whats the problem. I am NOT happy with this app.....its not even one star worth...zero is to much😡

Slow as heck. And each time you open an item it bounces all the way to the beginning and you have to start all over, or it doesn't even open the item, but goes back to the start, and each page takes eons to open. Really good concept tho.

I have not been able to login for 3 months now both with the app and web. Tried different devices but still, same problem. I'm highly dissapointed. I used to snap every week and have cashed out before. What is this that is happening now?? What's the use of having an app that doesn't work?

User friendly, I've been using the app from 2020 January. If they reject your snap,they always tell you the reason. I made withdrawals several times, I didn't experience any problem. Keep it up guys.

I still say Snap n Save is the only decent coupon site - HOWEVER in the last year or so (April update 2020) both the Website and App have been extremely SLOW even Today (14-10-21) it's just Loading loading loading and cannot access their website or their app.

The app still doesn't work smoothly, even with this latest update. It lags and performs very poorly. I've sent two emails to support but none have been answered. Please fix whatever is broken, for everyone's sake. ----------------------- More than a year later and the app is still buggy and slow. I was hoping I could improve the rating by now. The idea behind the app is good, but the execution is just bad. Serious help is needed in the development and testing of the app.
