The app use to be great. I think that they need to go back to what they were doing before all of the updates. Maybe make it more simple? I can't check my transaction history. I get charged overdraft fees if I don't have enough money in my account and not sure what bills came out so I don't know when to shift the money around to cover my bills. Very frustrating.. when trying to explain this to the credit union to get reimbursed for the overdraft fees- I don't get reimbursed. SMH.

When the app closes or the user navigates away from the app while it is open and the sessions ends, it does not log the user out. Then there is a fifteen minute delay to access the account again. Same thing when the browser closes on the website. These actions should automatically log the user out. Or better yet, whenever a user tries to log in, it logs out all other devices or displays the logged in devices and locations for the user to log out of manually.

This app has the slowest response time in any app I've ever used. It literally takes 3-5 minutes to load my account transactions. For a while, I thought the app was frozen. Then I accidentally set my phone down, came back to it 5 minutes later to find my transaction log actually displayed.

App always crashes over the weekend and won't allow anyone to login to check account or transfer money unacceptable for 2021 no other banking app has this problem

Used to work great a couple months ago but now can't log in it just spins will not load very frustrating . Been having to log in through the website it works fine only downside is you cannot do a mobile deposit they need to get that set up on their website if the app is not going to work..

I managed to get into the app and stay in once only (it kept booting me off as soon as I get in). That one time, I couldn't get any transactions less than a month old. I have removed and reloaded it 4 times now, and I can't get in at all now.

Let's you log in but after that when you try to click to see your transaction history the app stops & shuts down. Then you have to wait 15 minutes to log in on a computer because you didn't log out on the app. Very frustrating & inconvenient!!

app suddenly stopped working. I've changed my password 7 times and it still won't let me log in. this needs to be updated. I need to see what's coming out and going into my bank account visually, not over the phone.
