Setup the camera on my Android phone (S3) very easily. Connected via cable to enable wifi and very quickly got wifi working as well. Also an easy install of the app to view on an iPhone 5. Only issue I had was minor, having to fiddle around with the app to change the password. Other than that, everything was straightforward for me. Note, this was only for enabling basic features of adding and viewing the camera.

2 Mar 2014 - Lousy product and customer service. Image not sharp and apps not working up to expectation. Are you improving or let it be with so many negative comments? Do you know what is service recovery? 1 May 2014 - still no improvement. You should stop selling the products.

(1) Initial use i always getting black screen - zero loading even when the cam status reads "online". This issue got a little better after i chg the video quality (on app) to the lowest. But this defeat the purpose of live feed when everything is pixelated (2) the replay of recorded videos from event list is no good. Terribly slow actually. Even when i am connected to fiber internet. Highly recommend to add a video scroll to allow app users like me to control which part of the video file i want to see
