This is good app . But they need improvement and add more features and add more technology latest updates. Add more food items and collect reasonable prices yu provide these price list nobody follow and collect high prices and not giving bill also . Immediately implement control .

what's the use of such display. Example: 3 idly + 1 vada costs you 15 - 20 Rs out stations. But the same cost you 40 Rs onboard. Pathetic, that too you wont find a vada , instead a wet mauled bonda 🤮. Standard premade tea cost you 10 Rs , but it says 5 Rs in the app. Moreover you get a bonus of diarrhea, food poisoning and a doctor's bill of 3000 Rs. Nevertheless, we think someone would listen our cry, but the truth is The So Called Mr. Minister and his Ministry dont know give a damn! 👋

Very cleverly designed app to manipulate conmon users. Only prices for mail, express and humsafar mentioned. For other trains only list of items displayed but no price. The reason for this is that they are ashamed to disclose the price differential on board vis-a-vis station/platform prices for these premium trains.

Useless app, should give menu of all the trains, because my route does not have rajdhani, still I booked first class tickets. I am still wondering will I get no food even after paying a huge amount. The feedback email given is also not working/fake.

The app is crashing after the latest updates. Kindly note that you are still showing old menu for Rajdhani/Duronto trains. Example is .. soup - this is currently there only for 1AC but this app shows for all AC classes. Kindly make amendments after referring to latest circulars from IR/IRCTC

The intention behind launching of this app is good. But in reality many IRCTC vendors in train do not follow it, still they overcharge proudly. There should be a robust quick online complaints redressal system.

Poor app. If a passenger is overcharged he will have to pay the amount. There is no way for immediate redressal of issue. Only showing the rates wont help passengers against your staff in train from looting passengers.

The price shown here totally different from what they are charging inside train. For lunch meals price mentioned is Rs.50 but in train they charged Rs.90 almost double. Really bad..
