You get what you pay for. Paid 15 bucks and should have put 100 more with it to get something that I can rely on. The only thing that works properly is the notification that I should move to get my steps in. I don't weigh 489 lbs, it stays like that no matter how much I change it. It said I slept 45 minutes and awake for the rest of the night 🤷 I'm 5'9" not 27" tall. And I'm not giving anything all the permissions it wants! Just go spend the extra money. Uninstalling....

My software is up to date on phone. it will not pair with phone. when pairing it says connecting and does nothing just continues to say conntecting with the icon spinning. So disappointing. Tracker was a great price but the app sucks. Makes tracker useless. Can't set time or date on tracker or get all the benefits out of tracker. Fix the problem or i will find a way to send product back and never purchase one of your products again

#1: Use cm/kg for height/stride/weight or be sorry. #2 Hold the button 3 sec to lock it & avoid accidentally starting the heart monitor. #3 It’s a 1-person, 1-device tracker. #4 Inactivity alert seems to be a timer, no regard to actual activity. #5 Vibration alarms display text. #6 Sleep function is the best. Get caught moving, it counts it against your total deep sleep. #7 Tracker Search app button vibrates the tracker. #8 Mobile device search vibrates the tracker if you walk out of the room w/o your cell. #9 Time/date set automatically from your cell. #10 Caller-ID works & you can read entire txt mgs as they arrive (you can’t replay anything). #11 Calorie count seems too low, ignore it. #12 Got Distance if you want. (Hint: for distance use your distance stride, not your shuffling around the house stride length). #13 Percentage of step goal and smiley faces are available, if those motivate you. #14 Heart rate works well. Start it from the tracker, better: start it from the app so you can save the results. #14 Charge lasts about 2 weeks, (top that, Garmin!). #15 Leave the phone behind for up to 2 weeks and synch up later. #16 Over The Air Update works. My firmware is 90.23.

Not worth money. Even if you get it paired, the app doesn't stay paired, also my steps only where recorded not my sleep or Heart. i wore this device on one wrist and my device that works everyday on the orher wrist. I bought this for hubby he couldn't pair with his Moto E 5 phone. lot of battery used even when on saver and too many issues. I had to uninstalled the app and reinstall to get device paired.

Stop working within 3 days. I have an LG 10V and it worked for 3 days and then it would not pair with the phone. I tried to un install and install the app with no luck. I tried to pair and search the device with the phone bluetooth and it said cannot pair. I wish that you could input info manually when it refuses to work at least you could still track workouts. I am uninstalling it.

My Huawei does see the wristband as dsb012. Eventually I can get the phone to pair. But the application still doesn't see it. I've tried both SilverCrest apps and neither see the band. In this app it locks both wifi and mobile on. I only use wifi. The other app from SilverCrest doesn't lock it on. The braclet seems to have power and be working. If the phone Bluetooth didn't see the bracelet I'd blame the braclet. But I think your app has a problem. Also the access permissions ??

I should have read the reviews first and should have known better. I am having the same issues as everyone, won't pair with my phone. The tracker looks nice...too bad

can't really say hour good it works or not as it is looking for a PIN to connect to Bluetooth. can't find it in the documentation.

glad i bought this device at the dollar store so i didnt waste more then a couple of dollars on it. dont buy it or download. not worth it...not even a couple of dollars. does not sync.

Frustrating app! Wouldn't stay paired with my phone and now won't pair at all. Needs serious bug fixes!
