    Easy to use, too many ads, no settings. Every time I went through one, just one activity, a big video ad would come up and I couldn't exit for 5 seconds. Not cool. Too obtrusive. No notifications or settings for notifications. Would be great with a little tweaking.

    I really love how they've done this app! I find it to be incredibly cerebral & thoughtful. They're changing how I see smoking & how I choose to disrespect myself. It really makes the user appreciate the huge problem of smoking. I definitely recommend this to anyone contemplating the big "Q" This is a well thought out quitting plan, made for YOUR success & future! Only suggestions: 1. When I open the app to log a cigarette, it opens to home. It should have a settings choice or default to the "log" page. (Most Frequently used). 2. Again, when opening the app to log a cigarette, the ads pop-up & distract me. I've forgot to log multiple cigarettes because I got "sidetracked". I don't mind ads AFTER I do something, not before.     So far on my first week but it's been great. It helps with the psychological aspects of smoking..for ex I loved to be on my phone while smoking. This is addressed and several other things that help you deal with things your doing that correlate with the habits we've accostomized ourselves to doing at the same time. This app helps break those habits and it's making easier to decrease the amount smoked.

    I love this app. I have been a smoker for almost 50 years. In only a week I have drastically cut back on cigarettes, the daily items work. For the first time ever I feel confident about successfully quitting. It is the first time I am not adding I hope to the end of the sentence when I say I am quitting. Thank you so much for this app.

    I just started this program. It's well thought out excerpts for one thing. I will at times smoke one cigarette over two sittings. There authors of this app might wish to take that into consideration. I think that it's more important HOW OFTEN I smoke than how much. The program States that we're making things worse by using this powerful stimulant to calm ourselves when we're stressed. In point of fact, it's the breathing that goes along with smoking that has the immediate calming effect.

    It's helpful to get facts about tobacco while trying to quit. it has everything I need, including relaxation tools when I'm feeling overwhelmed. the challenges are also great but in fine that i don't often follow them except for the daily limit challenge.

    I used this in conjunction with another app called SmokeFree three years ago and quit after 15 years of smoking! Unfortunately due to new stress (obvious ones at that) I've started again and am once more using this and the other app to kick the habit. The only thing I would like different (and why I only gave four stars) is for the days to follow the time in your time zone and move forward to the next day at midnight!

    Helpful! Assisted me in quitting. If yiuve got the will but need a little help I'd recommend the app for sure! When I'd have a craving for a coffin nail I'd open up the app and that alone reduced the urge. Give it a shot!

    At this point I haven't completely stopped yet but I am at 63% and down from a pack every 2 days to 3/day! I like how the app gradually decreases my usage with goals, facts, questions, and advice.
