extremely stupid. It wont let you park even when its green and charges you an extra euro for trying to look for parking because the docking station doesnt work

Good app, more features needed! Since I upgraded to Android 12 (on Pixel 5), I need to start it twice since it crashes at the first launch. Needs widgets too.

With every update this app is getting worse. Either forgetting login, not allowing bikes to be rented, or at least impossible to rate the bikes. If bikes are reported as broken they keep being offered for rental, meaning that the probability to get a broken bike is over 50% in the last weeks. A disaster. Is it so difficult to make a working app for such a simple purpose?

The app is horrible, extremely slow and full of errors. In addition, the bike locked up in the middle of the night and we had to carry them to the station because it was not possible to unlock it through the app, which had locked up and was not coming back at all. The idea is very good and was very useful to get to sightseeing the city, but the app is terrible and spoiled the experience

My advice : go by foot Ive been charged 6 times for a three days subscriptions (5 euros times 6). At the end of the transaction the app returned an error and i havent been able to use the service. I emailed the support for a refund, they never replied.

It's really difficult for me to use it because most of the time the app does not locate me properly. It says I am more than 50m away and therefore it does not release a bike for me. It constantly happens. And it is not a problem of my phone because at the same time Google maps is able to give me my true location. Update: after using two times the bikes, now I can't use veloh anymore because the app keeps saying me "error". I have tried several stations, still error.

Great app and I love the usb charger on the bikes! :) Everything works great 99% of the time. There are error messages when I return a bad bike and try to take the next one immediately: after a minute it works again. If there is no double-beep on drop-off, you have to call them: I did it once and they were nice and helpful. It would be really useful to REPORT BROKEN DOCKING SLOTS, otherwise many users get annoyed when the last free slot is actually broken.

It's cheap and you know why when you start using it. Twice in a row, it told me that that I can't renew a subscribtion but didn't let me do it or that I have "user limit exceeded" which made me late to where I had to go several time. No response from customer service whatsoever. If you are not in a hurry you can try it, if you have someone waiting for you, don't take the risk

First experience, bad experience. I take/ride a bike, leave it at a station , lock it, the double beep happens. i go back to the station, try to take a bike with the app, it's says error, i try to take a bike via the machine, it says i already have a bike rented, when i clearly took it back, it's still there locked. Waited 25 mins on the phone to get someone to resolve this, whilst i'm freezing outside in the snow, why cant i resolve those problems through the app, app should tell me if not lock
