I have refunded money from shoppe..and the money still in jkopay, i can't get it or use the money to pay coz But apps really hard to use coz no English version .. I don't know how can i get my money back 😢

i cant open my jko account due to incorrect password 5 times. my account number also changed without notice.how is that possible? i cant get the refund from shoppee. customer service doest also have chat box only contact number i dont have a load really sucks and its just bothered and wasted time
