An AI ship full of frozen colonists must find the best planet to be the new home of the human race. A randomly-generated text-based strategy game. Push your luck: do you settle here, on this not-quite-ideal planet, or keep searching and risk your ship being damaged in the journey? The planets you encounter are randomly generated, and as you travel you encounter random events, so each playthrough is different. See the stories of the colonies you found, and keep trying for a higher score.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Lead a colony ship across space to find a new planet to settle for humanity. RNG plays an immense role in this game, and while that's great for replayability, it's also great at screwing up individual games. I've also noted that the player's ship and colonists have next to zero capability to defend themselves from narrative threats they face, (in addition to the fact they die en masse whenever a light breeze blows over their shelter) they are sadly undergunned.

Kinda fun in short bursts, but after playing it for a bit you start to recognize all the random events as there really aren't too many of them. That said it is still a bit difficult to at times to find a decent world to settle on and get a good score. Would rate it higher if there was a bit more variety both with the events and the potential outcomes.

It's quite a good time waster. Randomized nature of each run keeps things interesting for a very long time as anything could vary in some capacity. That being said, if you play this for a long time you might end up not reading the text as the prompts become repetitive and all you're looking for is a better score at the end. It is a shame that this hasn't been updated since 2019. I'd be interested to see what can be added to make it more interesting again.

Love this game. I keep returning to it as a nice short thing to play in those in between moments. I could say a while lot, but instead I just say try it for yourself. I love it.

This is a fun little sci-fi. Like the little changes and choices, to figure out which things need to be protected and upgraded. Though a lot of the ends are repeatable, it's a nice little time killer. Hope for some new events, but for a free game, a great time killer to play offline that doesn't take up space.

Old-style game that could have been played on a dumb terminal. Games are only a few minutes. Strategy is limited mostly to do I colonize now or wait for a better planet - with additional risk to the colony ship going to the next one. Anything over 10,000 is a pretty good score.

I really appreciate the huge multitude of possible endings in this game. Simple gameplay, but so much fun trying different approaches. Making humanity survive is relatively easy. Finding a place where they can actually thrive... A lot harder.

Some suggestions: combinations of the planets elements, example: if there's high gravity and planet wide ocean or ice, people can drown or break the ice under and freeze or drown. Also the game isn't really hard, maybe make a hard mode where the player suffers a lot of damages? Also, maybe every event opened a random object detereorates by 1-5, because of aging? Fun game though

I love this game. The narration, the conflict, the random event.. I played this for years and never got same result. Each new game is a new adventure for the spaceship AI, to explore the universe.

Excellent game with great replayability that works offline. Not recommended if you don't enjoy getting shafted by RNG, however.
