Beware Before Being Scammed!! I found them online and booked a service and within hours got my appointment too. I choose to drive my car to them and the service center looked shady still have them the car to service. The owner started checking the car and started coming with stories that this is not working that is not working. I got everything fixed and now when it came to pay, they didn't even give any bill, all I was given the amount to pay without any itemized bill. Save yourself and.

Don't know what they have done. Ideally we used to enjoy or feel the fresh serviced drive soon after - but no change was found this time. I was there during the service - saw oil change nd filter change - but what 50 points were checked in 15 minutes - don't know. Alignment nd washing was done in some other garage - so not sure whether tire alignment happened or not. But, for washing I can say it was a pathetic one - coz post monsoon mud under the vehicle stil there. Gaadizo seems to be a mistake

The main reason am liking it is that they will pick up the Vehicle from wherever u are and they work really fast on our vehicle and the delivery done is also really fast... so in short fast and effective App is ease of use, but the quality of service was excellent. excellent and quick service. my vehicle was quite banged up and in a bad condition from a small accident a while back. After the service is It looked and felt as good as a new vehicle service and delivery was done within a day with free picking up and drop. They also provided me with a spare vehicle to use during the meantime.

Forget about app...services are pathetic..spending 20k and even after one month of the services they could not provide a simple invoice..took an year of membership from them and they could not deliver the membership card.. you have to follow up 3-4 times a day for different issues that persist even after the services and nobody bothers. I would recommend go to a local car mechanic or else you will lose your patience/time/money here...

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER hi folks, my experience was worse. This time i preferred trying gaadizo as i got to know about their extensive plans and the key points they cover with your car but unfortunately its not what it looks like. where to start with, well first of all the service center was in a shady condition, no proper equipments, no experience vendor, no proper products. Infact i had to show them youtube videos to change air filter, cabin filter..its all third party thing. STAY AWAY*****

Perfect Experience !! for the first time i did my service so easily ! you can have full trust on them . I booked my service by afternoon , the representatives came and took my Car and they gave back to me by doing full service by night on the same day . I could feel the difference after the service . MAKING FOOL. The app is designed to connect the vehicle owner with the garage and get the repairing and other activities done at a resenable rate. But when u book the appointment at the cost provide by the app the garage person revise the quote when u reach the garage. When you ask the coordinator to look into the matter they don't respond (the increase amount is by 60-70 percent). The garage person said 1,500/- will cost for cleaning and scaning will be different. Let me know the diff in amt.
