After change to English whoooops! Have no internet! Please check your connection! Every app have internet, but this app have nothing. Look a like company will close soon as possible. Bus canceled, website did not work, app cannot connect to internet and did not work also...

This app is poorly designed in every way and borderline useless. There is no integration between different features (for instance, clicking on a bus stop on the map screen should bring you to the screen with info about upcoming buses at that stop, but it doesn't), language settings aren't preserved between sessions, and the interface and design are painfully amateurish. The bus tracking is also not terribly accurate, and the lack of basic information (hours of operation?) is frustrating.

Poor application, can not move the map must zoom or unzoom. Timetable is a very bad quality picture which is unreadable in English (Thai is barely ok). the arrows on the map are pointing to only one direction, we dont even know if it's a one way route or two ways. How to take a bus at a particular place? There is ZERO information. This application is bad, you should hire qualified people to code a decent application.

Horrible user interface. The only useful things about this app is that you can see where the bus is on the map in real time and who is driving so you know you're on the right bus. It would be nice to see estimated arrival times when I click on the bus stop I'm closest to.

Useless app. I down loaded it in the bus using the free wifi but the app cannot run. A message showed "no internet". What rubbish, if there's no internet how did I downloaded the app? They should be more counters selling RTC transit cards? Please get real, users are in the city centre too. At Central Festival (bus stop - after searching the whole mall), the guy at the counter didn't know anything about cards he is suppose to sell. Luckily, a bus driver came to my rescue. Disappointing service.

No facility to complain about the terrible bus drivers who cut the route short to have a longer rest at the airport and those drivers who do not stop at the bus stops! The bus drivers need customer courtesy training. Timetable is useless, no drivers use it. Not unusual to wait over an hour for an R3 bus....terrible service seeing that this is the airport bus.

It doesn't work!!! It keeps telling me that I have no internet connection...even though I do! If you can't put out an app that actually works, then don't put one out there at all. Remove it from the Play Store and stop advertising it!

Probably this app built by year 1 uni student. The problem is that RTC did not put an analyst on the job of specifying exactly and in detail what they wanted their app to do. A tremendously wasted opportunity for the bus company and Chiang Mai as the new services and gleaming new buses are a great and much-needed asset to the city. The loser is the user. It is pointless trying to use it. The streets don't have names. There's no trip planning. The interface is Thai even though you ask for Engli

It's slow with limited function or very user-unfriendly. It only show my current location but cannot find destination or where to catch a bus, not even route map of bus lines. Useless, they should learn from Khon Kaen's bus system
