Just Run is a simple workout app to help you get running. I made this app to get myself off the couch and start running to get to 5K. Stick to the workout plan, and you'll be able to run 5K in 9 weeks. It really does work!

If you're already able to run 5K, Just Run also has a 6-week plan to help you get up to 10K!

 - Zero to 5K: Gets you from absolute zero running experience to 5K in just 9 weeks, with three 30-minute workouts per week
 - 5K to 10K: If you can already run 5K, or have finished Zero to 5K, this plan gets you to 10K in only 6 weeks

    This app is great. It helps keep you on track with it's easy to follow schedule, which automatically adjusts if you have to miss a day for whatever reason. Even better, the guided exercises take out the need to fiddle with a stop watch to keep track of the intervals, since it does that all for you. It is simple to use, has no ads, and let's you listen to your own music while working out. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to start a C25K program. It's worth all 5 stars and then some.

    I love this app! It's simple and the little blurbs of encouragement written out for each run are such a kind and thoughtful addition to the program that makes it feel like you have a running buddy with you. I'm currently on week 6 of c25k, and once I'm done, I'm definitely gonna use this app to get to 10k. This app is a nice little ray of sunshine, and I'm really thankful that it exists! Side note, it doesnt track distance/pace, but I just use it in split screen mode with an app that does.

    This is the best app I have on my phone. All fitness apps boil down to two things, a spreadsheet and a timer. Most fitness app developers seem to think they offer much more than that. just run knows exactly what it is, and it's simplicity is what makes it so good It doesn't lock features behind a BS subscription service. It doesn't clutter itself with stupid, meaningless social features. It does exactly what it needs to do and it stays out of the way.

    I just finished week 5, which ends with a 20 minute run. I thought it'd be impossible, but I actually did it! I thought about taking a walking break so many times, but every time I looked at the timer I saw there were only so many minutes left I'd think "if I made it this far, I can go for one more minute". I'm super proud of the progress I made, because in week one I was struggling with the one minute runs. The app's schedule helps me get in shape in a healthy way! Totally recommend it!

    Simple and works! I used this app all the way through, from couch to 10k, injury-free. The plans are clear and easy to follow. It gives voice prompts over whatever audio you want to listen to, and it never crashed once. Thanks for the amazing app!
