Great game just sucks once ur over level 80 i belive it is u can be harassed an unlimited amount of times by players that are bettwen 1 and 7 thousand levels ahead of u doesnt matter they can farm u forever i understand its a war game but hit once and move on

This was 1 of best games i had played online until new devs took over.it has been 1 failed update after another.in empire versus empire wars accts info is in white such as level and health.than when you attack someone it shows up in white over top of the acct info so you cant tell whats happening.now to go down in building you have to go up.say theres 9 rows of offensive accts

Not your fault Gaea Mobile. My appologizes, I realized it was my tablet, it was out dated for the upgrades you understandably must make from time to time. I upgraded to a newer tablet recently & your game works good. Now I'm back to enjoy this fun game that you all work hard to keep bettering. Ty for all that yall do to keep UE the fun game that it is.

I recently updated my game and lost 2 lieutenants. 3* zukhov and a 3* tigress both of which i had seated in my usual lineup. Tried reaching out thru the help support but keep getting internal error message.

I've been playing this game for years, it seems I always come back for more. That changed after this last server outage my character class was reset from assassin to enforcer, but only for clan battles. There's no way to reset it, and no way in the app to contact customer support, so I'm done playing. Thanks for all the good years, good luck on whatever issues you're struggling with.

Very enjoyable game concept, severely marred by extremely laggy game play, the need to restart the game multiple times per day, the amount of features that don't work correctly and the extreme cash grab structure. As much money as we spend on this, you would think it would work better and offer more value in the items offered for sale. Disappointing.

Any issues I have experienced through gamplay has been resolved in a timely manner after submitting a ticket with my problems. Game is excellent
