Very bad insurance It takes lot of time to get approval and a pharmacist also get confused And after your long time approval phone calls most of the medicine not coverd under this(especially) the costly medicine.. Most of this happend after the prescription made by the doctor. Finally pharmacist said this medicine not coverd under the insurance and we are compelled to pay the money. If no money what we do.....

The interface is not right, you can not ask for a lot of info before the user even knows what services are available in the app, plus it never signs in, just keep crashing.
