The watch or APP is useless. Yes it connects but does not synchronize. Inaccurate time display, step counter is from o to 6000 for the same distance, it does not know when I sleep and so on. It works as a heart rate monitor and body temperature only on the watch face. On day two it froze in cycling mode. Literally froze as in totally unresponsive - a dead useless watch come APP. The app and watch works fine. However, it would be appreciated if in the next update there is an option to reduce the vibration intensity or even put off the watch's vibration. The vibration intensity is too strong. I'll review the rating to 5 star if this is done.

Great watch, useless software. I have reported many defects in this app to the developer. Heart rate screens and Google fit connectivity don't work at all. Lenovo should be ashamed. I will shortly be replacing the watch, I won't buy or recommend another Lenovo product.

Watch has software issues - It is unable to display emoji properly, it'll show up as random Chinese characters. It would be nice to change Font Size and Type for message reading. When taking SPA2, Temperature, screen should not black out until the reading is captured. Have to keep taping the watch or else it'll reset. Music function UI is reversed - Play is pause snd pause is play. Overall satisfied with the watch, but definitely require a lot of polishing up.

I like the Lenovo S2 Pro and the app but there are few improvements needed: 1) Bind confirmation code/QR code between phone and watch. Otherwise anyone with their phone can easily pair up the device when standing close to watch without confirmation. 2) The app need to allow user to extract data in excel or PDF. 3) Allow users to set BPM limit in the app to alert user when BPM to high or too low.

Sometimes almost permanent pairing request notifications on the phone! Sorry but this can become annoying! Bluetooth connection between the two devices is too often suddenly interrupted! Maybe needs another update.

Apps have some issue, step counter sometime off. on/off temperature capture eventho setting is ON. Good side is the simple interface. Have to use other third party apps to be pair with my smartwatch. Glory Fit.

Can't pair with phone even after update. Not to mention now is just a watch notification not working at all 😒
