Honestly, this whole operation is rubbish these days. They make it hard to contact customer service, they regularly show delivery options that they can't do, orders are always later than promised. You get error messages that aren't useful or are misleading. They make promises that they neglect to follow through on.

Terrible app. Locks account out for 5 min, then 24 hours after reset. The delivery drivers are rude and never being the correct order. When you call customer support they say it's the restaurant's fault. The restaurant says it's the driver's fault. They will refund your money but keep the driver's tip and delivery fee even though they screwed up. Not using this service again, not recommending them to anyone with a brain.

Save yourself some pain - use something else instead. The app mostly works - 2/5. The chat for help is pretty poor and it's easy to accidentally cancel out and lose your support representative. The service itself is terrible. Orders are 'delivered' but never arrive with no notification from the app. Customer support will refund you with credit - but your next order is likely to have the same problem. You'll get a ton of credit that you can never use. It's nice to give BiteSquad an interest free loan, but if you want to have food delivered, you'll be happier with something else.

Terrible delivery service. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered and got charged, but when I contacted the restaurant they didn't have my order. I contacted support, they pushed my order through. Here I am 2 hours later and I still haven't received my order and all support says is to contact them once my order has been received. DO NOT USE BITESQUAD.

This is the worst app I've ever used. They canceled my order, converted my money into credit, and wouldn't refund to my card. It felt like thievery and even though customer service was helpful, there was nothing they could do because the company is corrupt. Avoid at all costs. Buy groceries instead. Or anything else.

Great selection of restaurants, app development is poor. I've ordered three times already and every single time, the order is delayed or cancelled because it gets stuck. It gets stuck very often! I ordered something at 7 and the restaurant closes at 9. Still waiting on an update and it's 8:45 pm now. Doordash is better.

I've given this service multiple chances and its constantly disappointing! It has a very limited selection compared to other services. Also EVERY SINGLE TIME I order something its either delayed an hour or the order is messed up. Customer service is also never and help to correct any issues. I'm definitely done with this service. Uber Eats and Doordash are better.

Don't use bitesquad, use another delivery company. They will take your order, take your money, then cancel your order over an hour later. Leaving you having to place another order and wait 5 days for your refund. Then when you try to live chat with them they end your chat. Leaving you no recourse since they don't even have a phone number

I had a pick up order. My order was scheduled to be picked up from 7:47-7:57. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:50 to find that they have not received the order! They also told me that they don't receive orders from BiteSquad anymore! I showed the restaurant the order confirmation email and that my credit card was charged. The restaurant was kind enough to prepare the order for me although it wasn't received. I had to wait there for 20 min until the order is ready! Very bad experience

Plan at least an extra hour from their estimate. I get that there are worker shortages, but then be honest about when you can deliver. Instead, they trap you in an order, then move back the clock over and over and say it's too late to cancel. Then they don't compensate appropriately for missed/late orders and you are stuck.
