Since day 1 (about a year ago), always ready on time, correct order, superb service. At least with my location. The app has come a long way as far as what devices it works on (tablet resolution is as fluid as the phone) Only thing I'd say would be better, is better menu experience when mobile ordering. Once you become a regular it's easier to know what you're entering a section and roughly how much it is before you tap on it. SEARCH function similar to McDonald's, would be DOPE!!

Enjoyed it! 3 flaws: 1) No Google Pay. 2) When I wanted to apply two rewards, I was confused whether to toggle it left or right. In hindsight I now know that it should be toggled RIGHT. Instead of saying “2 AVAILABLE REWARDS”, it should just say “Applied!” so you know you have applied your coupon correctly. 3) My Transaction History doesn’t detail what I ordered last night.

Notification from app about discount doesn't take you to product in the app. You must go to email to get the discount. But clicking the link in the email doesn't do it. Instead, it takes you to a site where you must enter your email again, for some inexplicable reason. Then you must go back to the app, only to realize that either the app and/or store location doesn't have that product. But there's no search, so you must manually go through every item in the menu to figure this out.

The drinks are wonderful, but my nearby store is missing its qr reader(because it's broken) so there's no way for me to use my rewards without ordering online for pick-up in store, and half the menu isn't even on the app. My favorites are the slushes, and I especially live the piña colada and mango snow flavor slushes, but I can't use my rewards because the qr reader is busted and I have no way to order them on the app.

Even after resetting my password, I am unable to log in. It just says "an error has occurred". Was trying to get a coupon that I got from tmobile. But I guess that's out of the question. It expires after tomorrow. Thanks for nothing I guess.

EDIT: A year later, and this app is still as awful as ever. Why oh why, if an item is out of stock, do i have to clear the entire cart and start over?! I'm convinced that whoever created this has never shopped online in their life, what a joke. Original (2020): App really is awful, I've successfully placed an order maybe 1 out of 10 times, the rest of the time it tells me there's a problem when i KNOW my local store is open

It keeps not letting make an account because it gives me an error saying my email is not a valid email. I tried two emails. One was the email I'd already used on the website, so I don't understand what's going on.

its pretty lame and disgusting. and the drinks in the menu look bland and gross and poor but too expensive for low class drinks. plastic cups for expensive tea? no thanks! AND THE PROMOS ARE GARBAGE TOO! EXPIRES AT WORST TIMES!
