I like Kickstarter because of the potential for innovation and being able to help make something cool. However the app is janky and with their newest bot identification feature it has literally rendered the app unusable on my end. It now refuses to load anything at all even though I'm signed in and a superbacker... also lack of accountability on KS end does tend to make me hesitant to back some of the bigger projects, also quite a few copycats on KS too.

Scam, Save your money! Backed a project everything seemed like it was going good. Regular updates were posted all the way up until paying for shipping. That was three months ago. Zero updates or any communication since paying for shipping. Many people includingyself tried to get a refund to no avail. Finally reported the project to Kickstarter and still nothing has happened. This was the first project I backed and will be the last. Stay Away!

Latest update has destroyed a perfectly good app. The new "security feature" that constantly checks if you are a bot is utter rubbish. Seriously. You turned a decent app into absolute garbage. Every minute or two I am locked out to check if I'm a bot. You couldn't even design it correctly. Once you swipe/hold the button, you have to hit back over and over to exit your security check because the "feature" doesn't have an exit button. Awful!!!!

Kickstarter is great if you know what you are getting in for. That is related to the campaigns more than the app. (My prior description of the comment section seems to have been fixed since I used the app regularly...awesome... I hadn't been using the app for comments for that reason.)

Decided to check out some board games...it's 95% dnd items, so if that's your thing, you'll love this app. If they added a new category that filters out any dnd/5e items, it'd be much better

Mostly decent, EXCEPT for one issue with Kickstarter-managed add-ons: going to "manage your pledge" does not allow you to select add-ons with first changing your pledge choice (so there's a big possibility of you losing your early bird pledges if you want to select add-ons).

Unusable. Can't update my pledge here or on the desktop in any browser. For the amount of cash you guys make on some of these projects you should spend some time and money on dev and qa. You are losing money maybe that will motivate you to fix it.

Backer or bot screen freezes the app & just cycles back to the same backer or bot screen after you confirm you're a backer. Not sure why they need this, but it's fresh garbage to the app. Maybe add the ability to see upcoming projects & scrap the backer or bot resource drain.

Really wish when looking at backed projects on my profile page, projects I've marked delivered would have a badge saying "fulfilled" or "delivered" so at a glance I could tell what hasn't arrived yet! Otherwise great app.

I give a 0 stars really, I backed Caply, never received items, I would say be careful when using this app, kickstarter never intervened to do anything. They need some kind of insurance policy in case people get swindled out of money for farce projects that are money grabs.
