I used to LOVEEEEE this game but now it just gets stuck on a loading screen. And then says check my connection. I have full bars. Please fix it. I miss this game. Theres others like it but none like this

Granted its bright, colorful, and flashy like its designed for kids, but you actually can keep a stock of "binoculars" with a bit of patience and effort. Still a mirror game without the multiplayer feature, but if you like the game and cant afford to pay for resources, this is the kiwi game for you. You actually get 4 binoculars a lvl, instead of the usual 1 in kiwis other games. Granted im only lvl 8, but so far not bad. Oh theres a tech prob with the ads, theyre zoomed in and no x. Use ↩ till they fix.

I have tried to play for the past two days and it keeps telling me it can't connect to server. I have Wi-Fi, I have played other games, such as Brightwood Forest, with no problems with them. Makes me mad because I was getting up to the day where I get free binoculars and now not being able to play for the past two days screws that up. Fix this problem because it isn't me, so it must be your servers.

Only reason it's not 5 stars is because I'm not getting the binoculars when I complete what's required only getting then 25% of the times I try. But love the game its really cute and fun. OK still addicted. Wish the monsters where a little bigger so I could see them better and still getting gypped out of free binoculars.

I played monster park and monsterama park for almost a year, and spent money upgrading my giant collection of monsters. After weeks of trying to move my account to a new device with no replies from kiwi support I gave up. Now fast forward 2 months I find this shipwrecked clone in place of the old park game, with no option to merge content or compensate me for stealing all of my hard work on the other game. Deleting this and shipwrecked, and will never play another kiwi game again.

What's with not being able to finish the last 3 timed quests due to not finding any more cement after using 15 binoculars? Or any ingredient required?I can only go so far and then fail. I don't see you answer people's problems. Anybody else have this problem?

I used to love this game. Then it's hard to complete some of the quests because they show up before certain items are available. Like, 5 levels away. Then, 1 of the quests is to buy 2 specific trees, & harvest them, which I do, but it's not registering that I'm buying the trees, only harvesting them. I have emailed for help, but no reply. And, many mths ago, I did a Tapjoy offer for coins, & was never given the coins. I emailed about that too, with no reply. I've paid real money on the game, so help me!

I loved playing this game with my kids but now it won't load. We were extremely far over level 100. Is there any chance the problem will be resolved soon because I don't want to delete it and loose all of our progress but there is no point in keeping it if it isn't going to work and just take up space on our devices.
