Cant get this app to show times of bus due-doesnt matter if im outside using mobile data, or at home using wifi-nothing shows up after i select my bus stop-just a blank white screen??? I tried removing app and re-instaling, but still the same-please help....mobile data location doesnt work on samsung s9 plus???

Unusable for me on 4G now. Used to be a fantastic app. Now when I click Next departures it says Fetching stops, but never gets further. No bus stops on my screen. Works fine on Wifi but not on 4G.

Used it everywhere I go, but stopped working after my phone upgraded to Android 10. Disappointed. Update. Latest update arrived on the phone. Yay! Unfortunately, it still doesn't work. It doesn't crash anymore, just takes you to the online website while they work hard on fixing it for Android 10. Really? Not good enough I'm afraid.

Love this app and use it on a daily basis, well used to.....I have to admit that I am extremely disappointed that the next departures feature is not compatible with android ten and a little annoyed that this issue has not been addressed. Poor show for what is essentially a great app. (Edit) I have re-rated this app from 4 * down to 2* as the length of time it's taking to fix the issue is getting ridiculous now. Also the lack of any feedback from my review has left me quite angry with the develop

Better than many other apps for finding your way around, but it could do with an update. It would also be nice to save your default mode of transport (e.g. bus) instead of having to de-select other options every time you just want to see when the next bus is. It's sometimes difficult to search for a destination as the database includes the whole of the UK, not just Scotland. But you can't plan a trip outside Scotland, so why include the rUK?

Had this app for yonks and it's always worked well, for Dundee at any rate. Especially with bus schedules being messed up with covid-19, it's really helpful to be able to find out when the next bus is actually arriving, as opposed to when it is supposed to be arriving which is not always obvious. It's easy to use, reliable, has never stopped working, and I rely on it - well before covid it was daily, now it's every now and then, but more essential as a result. Fabulous!

This app is fantastic! I use it constantly as it is the best app for travel planning across Scotland. I mainly use it for bus times but it includes all forms of public transport (even ferries!). If you need to use multiple types of public transport the app will show you the departure time and arrival time for each stage of your journey.

The app provides useful information, but the app needs a major overhaul and regular updates. For the national Scottish travel app to be last updated in July 2018 isn't really acceptable. You need to update your app to fully support android 9.0, support ultra wide displays and refine your user interface to start.

Great app I have used since came out and feel kinda lost if dont use it when travelling. Its really helpful and helped me alot especially when I have had to travel outside my own city for work the "Journey Planner" has helped me plan my route and tell me the quickest route as well as what buses/ trains to get. In "Next Departures" section is really useful as shows all stops in your location and what buses go there and its all the bus companies that are listed, and you cn save stops to ur favs.

When are you going to fix this app so it works with Android 10!!?? How long has it been now you have been promising a fix? Your app is nothing more than a piece of junk at the moment. Pull your finger out and employ somebody who knows what they are doing and get it fixed!
