This app does not support all Bluetooth products from this manufacturer. It baffles me why you sell Bluetooth products without adding your own software to your own app. You had time to do it during the coronaVirus even.

They sent the cinema 800 as a replacement and to stream i have to use this app. At least once a week it will not connect and I have to uninstall and reinstall this app. So frustrating

I can't even open the app, I had one set and the left earbud would not turn on any more so I bought a new set and I can't use this app, it asks for permission and says good to go and that's it, I can't use the equalizer or anything else

App sits at a black screen and never opens. Complete trash. For the price of their products the experience should be premium start to finish. What a dissapointment.

App doesn't do anything for Klipsch's "The Fives". Although I love the speakers, it's disappointing that the app does not allow for EQ adjustments, firmware updates, or anything else of value for "The Fives". The app even claims to have this functionality, but it seems like nobody got around to applying it to "The Fives". Internet rumors say that EQ functionality for "The Fives" has been in the works since some point in 2020. Seriously? To add EQ? Over a YEAR?! C'mon, Klipsch...

This ap is terrible! I've followed the instructions to update the firmware to my brand new T5 True Wireless, thirty or more times. Nothing! Even uninstalled the ap and reinstalled it. NOTHING! I shouldn't have to call tech support to get it done and online support is almost nonexistent. I've done exactly what the video, in online tech support shows. Absolutely not user friendly. All I really want to be able to do in adjust the ambient sound! This is ridiculous!
